My experience was Professional, straight forward and he had a lot of patience.

Daria went above and beyond expectations in helping with a technical issue. She was patient, supportive, and made what could have been a stressful and formal process feel relaxed and approachable. Thank you for your patience and much appreciated support.

I honestly have no words. The staff named Yvonne Farrington is a very supportive person and very patient. Looks for every single way to help you out. Honestly made me feel very comfortable to ask her several questions. Definitely deserves this review!! 10/10

Mr Ian was absolutely professional and helpful in how the interview was conducted.

I’m not sure if I can say who but the lovely man I had for my interview was great in every way. professional and smooth with the process, very calm, easygoing and I actually enjoyed the interview 😂

Ian was very helpful and patient with a technological issue. He made what could have been a stressful and officious process very accessible and relaxing. A good sense of humour made the session less of a process and more of a conversation.

I had my vetting interview with Ian, he was lovely and very helpful. Spoke clearly and made the experience much more relaxed and casual the interview went by very quickly thank you :)

I had submitted details in the form and then I was basically repeated the same questions via email. Some of the requests on email contradicted those on the form and I found out it was due to grammatical errors in the email etc. Just not a very smooth procedure at all.

Ian was very welcoming and informative which made the betting interview seamless and completely stress free.
