Great quality boxers, they look good and are very discreet. Warning: It's impossible to go out without them on, after trying them on for the first time

Hi Ben,
Firstly, we are very sorry to hear that you had an issue with one of our courier options - Evri. Although rare, sometimes parcels can go missing once dispatched and in these instances, we always do our best to find a solution suitable for each individual. Please note that we do offer a choice of couriers (Evri or DPD) and hope to add more to this range soon.
As explained over email, we can confirm that unfortunately, your initial enquiry went to our spam folder. We replied to your follow-up email yesterday at 11:21am, offering you two solutions - either a full refund, or a free replacement parcel + a free gift to apologise for the inconvenience.
At 11:30am yesterday - upon learning that you’d prefer a refund over a replacement, we sent you another email letting you know that we were going to refund your order in full. As promised, we then refunded your order in full at 11:55am, yesterday.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, and understand the frustration you may have felt. If there is anything we can do to further assist you, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We appreciate you, Ben!
Kind regards,
The team @ Casual Reign
Brilliant service
There was an issue with delivery of my order through Evi but Casual Reign couldn't do enough to rectify this by sending out a replacement and included a free gift.
They kept in contact regularly and were nothing but helpful.
Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great product
My fiance is super happy with the boxers and they’ve really improved his confidence. They fit the packer he has from another brand, and he mentioned that the packer is positioned in a much more realistic place.

Casual Reign: Unmatched Comfort & Customer Care
I cannot recommend Casual Reign enough! I recently purchased two pairs of their boxer briefs, and honestly, they're the most comfortable boxers I've ever worn. The fit is absolutely perfect, and they genuinely make me feel confident when I wear them. What truly sets them apart is the thoughtful design, featuring a discreet internal pouch for packers that really helps create a masculine silhouette.
Beyond the fantastic product, Casual Reign's customer service is nothing short of exceptional. We had a small snag with the delivery, but their team was incredibly understanding and truly listened to my feedback about their shipping partner. What impressed me even more was their responsiveness – they actually took my suggestions on board.
They are genuinely friendly, thoughtful, and clearly value their customers' opinions. I even received a follow-up email from them thanking me and wishing me well. It's clear they're not just selling a product; they're building a relationship and truly care. I honestly can't find a single fault with Casual Reign or their fantastic business!

Good quality packing underwear
Good quality packing underwear that arrived quickly and well packaged. The colours are really nice and the boxers are comfortable to wear. The underwear has a pocket with a button to secure the packer in place

Best packing boxers I’ve tried
I’ve been using these boxers for about a week now and my only regret is not buying more. They’re very comfortable and keep my packer secure. I personally use the morme basic packer and the smaller size fits great in the pocket. Going forwards I think I’ll buy the casual reign soft packer too since the silicone balls of the morme can get overwhelming. Really solid pair of boxers, sizing is perfect and looks good with my binder

Fantastic, incredible customer service!
A really great company with high quality products. We originally ordered the wrong size boxers for my son, they were really helpful in assisting me with how to return the items and the refund was processed efficiently and we then re ordered the correct size. Their service had a beautifully personal touch and they even wrote me a very touching email about how amazing it was that I was so supportive to my son. Amazing company, outstanding products, will definitely order again.

The packer is great. I would prefer it to be a little bit smaller but I'm not using the packing underwear with it so maybe that's why it's a bit big for me. I ordered the packing underwear but I ordered the wrong size which they were very nice about. So that was my fault, but I looked at it, and it seems like it's good quality. I will be ordering another one in the right size

Hey, TO!
Thank you for taking the time to write this 5-star review. We're glad you're happy with your packer and our customer service!
Our packers are specifically designed to fit into the pocket of our boxers, and are made for a smaller, more discreet bulge. If it's looking a little bit big, you may be right! We'd advise you to try the packer with the boxers you ordered from us, and if you have the same issue, please do drop us an email! :)
Thanks again for this lovely review. We appreciate you!
