This is the second car we have purchased from Ollie at Castle Motors. We have been extremely pleased with both cars and the level of presentation is second to none with great attention to detail. Ollie, as always made the process very straightforward and when looking for a vehicle we will always check their stock first. Highly recommended.

This Company is outstanding. I have bought and sold many a vehicle via Castle Motors and they have always been consistent in their quality. Their customer service is second to none and they always go the extra mile to find you the car of your dreams. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have dealt with Castle Motors for 25 years. I have bought and sold cars with several different dealers and from different locations in the UK. Castle Motors are the best car dealer that I deal with. I will continue dealing with Castle Motors, for as long as I can still drive...!

Extremely poor customer service - car not as described online
Extremely poor customer service
I visited this dealership (28/05/2021) from London with the intention of spending £75,000 on a classic mustang fastback.
After being totally ignored when we walked in the door for a good 20 mins, the car turned out to be completely different to its ‘Concours’ description online with a big pile of oil underneath a poorly painted engine.
After challenging the staff member on site who claimed to be a director the only explanation I was given was that he “doesn’t know” about this car and thy no classic cars are perfect ?
He then proceeded to tell us “don’t take it if you don’t want it”
This was a complete waste of time, i along with a few other young tech guys will be boycotting this dealership from now on.
