Fantastic service from this company. I had 2 crystals that was damaged in transit. After emailing, Leanne had them sent out to me from the supplier, within 4 days. I cannot praise this company enough for their prompt & friendly service.

Ordered a laura ashley light. Communication was excellent. The light was great value and came in perfection condition. Second time purchasing a light here and would highly recommend them. Great service

I love my light and the price I paid
I love my light and the price I paid. However communication was a little slow, as was my light delivery. No tracking number, although when I phoned to chase it up they could not find it either. I received no confirmation that item had been dispatched and after a few days contacted them via email. Getting no reply I then phoned. Very courteous on phone but unable to solve my query. The bad weather apparently had something to do with a backlog of deliveries However this could have been resolved with better communication and tracking numbers.
