OK for general services but not other procedures. Had a crown fall off and they would not give me a cost estimate saying I needed a root canal. I went to my old dentist, paying out of pocket because not on my dental plan, to get a second opinion. He cleaned the tooth and the crown and cemented it back on, $58 total cost. This was 8 months ago.

I'm trying to get an appointment but keep getting a machine and no one calls me back and I keep getting emails thanking me for my visit but I haven't been in a year

Was not given anything for pain. Did a tooth extraction and left part of the tooth there. Return to Castle and Dentist said it would fall out on its own. Would not return in any circumstance. Just rushing people through for the money. Very unpleasant experience. Made a complaint at the time and never received a response back.

Lana blasted my teeth away as usual. She is fast, friendly and makes the overall cleaning experience great. By the way... tooth blaster is a compliment! 😊

From cleanings and fillings to extractions, Castle Dental has done a superb job in maintaining my oral health. I have been going to Caste Dental for many years and am continually pleased with their services.

Have done a cleaning three times and x-rays twice. Everyone seems very professional and friendly. The cleaning is very good. Not just a splash of water and a polish and call it good. I feel they will be able to allow me to keep my teeth forever. Very short waiting time to be called in for your appointment. I highly recommend this dental office.

For several years I have been well satisfied with Castle Dental's services. Services have included routine cleanings, replacement of fillings, installation of crowns, a dental implant, root canal work, and emergency treatment of an infected tooth and gum. All procedures have been gentle and 99% painless, with minor twinges of discomfort few and far between. I am always relaxed and comfortable "in the chair". Dentists, hygienists, and office personnel are competent, diligent, intelligent, efficient, courteous, cordial, and helpful. And informative and patient about my many questions about procedures and payments.

When scheduling staff make an error they should accept responsibility verses ignoring the error. When it's ignored that shows you don't care for the patient or value their time.

Castle Dental in Waco cannot keep a dentist! I have been trying since February 2017 to get a tooth replaced. It is now July! Shame on this clinic for being this bad!

I have been going to the Conroe Castle Dental for 5 years. I am very pleased with the services I have had done. The dentists are nice, dental hygienists are the sweetest and the front desk ladies are always willing to explain everything. I drive an hour to go here and will continue to do so. Great people!

The staff was nice in the office. My problem is with the lab that makes the permanent crowns. It took three months of fittings to get the correct crown. The gumline was off several times.

My teeth were damaged due to radiation from neck cancer. They became weak, broken, and turned black. Dr Mathis and his wonderful staff helped me with crowns and a partial. It was very time consuming and of course a variety of small problems arose but he and his staff handled them with ease and flair. I absolutely love all of them. I had been a patient prior to the damage caused by radiation and loved them then but the care, concern, and love that I received during this six month process was truly remarkable.
