Do not trust them
Do not trust them. They stole money. I have recordings of them altering account figures. I have just spent the last 4 weeks being bounced from person to person, or ignored completely. No resolution. No help. No trust.
UPDATE:
Do not trust their replies below. It has now been almost two months. They have done nothing but continue to ignore me completely. They even close the chat whenever I try to follow up. There is no other way to contact them. Their registered address is not real as I sent a legal letter of demand via registered post.
Update:
They returned my profile to its diamond VIP status which proves they did in fact previously alter it as I had stated.
As expected, they have not continued to return any of the benefits they were stolen. They still owe $750 cash and of course, to no surprise, no one will respond or answer my questions. They just repeat themselves, make false promises or simply refuse to communicate at all. I have all of the chats and interactions recorded. Over the last few months, not only did they now admit to doctoring my account and data, but they then even failed to fix it and instead have just continued to ignore me.
I will once again be making a legal complaint. I will also share all of the communications I have had with them. It is almost unbelievable that they are comfortable with their behaviour being posted publicly.
Update 16/06/26:
They still have not replied to me, or followed up on anything so they must be happy for legal proceedings.
They must not care about and criminal proceedings as they are not even trying to hide their actions now. Not only have they ripped me off, altered gaming accounts (admitted In their replies below,) but now they have once again altered my account and then trying to coerce and gas light me that nothing has happened. Even though it’s literally written below by them. I cannot believe that they have done it again to me.
Please do NOT give them any of your money! They are criminals ( and not nice ones). They will just scam you and ignore you…if you are lucky.
I will add a link if I can, to all of the transcripts and emails that have been posted publicly. They don’t even seem bothered by everyone knowing what they are up to.
Also surprise surprise, their registered address where I sent registered court documents, is not real.

As you can see below, they removed all of their previous responses to this review. They then completely changed their story after deleting their admission of doctoring my account .
Trust Pilot will not provide the data of their comments prior to them being deleted. Trust Pilot also completely ignored the case raised against the casino's profile on here.
The email chains still confirm the facts and the change in false narrative by Rocket Casino. To date, my account was altered one more time. They acknowledged this in writing but still deny it happening which leaves me flabbergasted (they obviously act without being informed or communicating to each other the details of the situation). For several weeks, no one would reply to me at all.
The act of them removing their comments from this page and completely altering their narrative in their current reply to this review, at least shows one person is finally paying attention and trying to cover their tracks. Unfortunately for them, their previous responses and admissions of guilt are archived in my notification emails, and also were captured in cache storage.
A subpoena is been being issued to Trust Pilot to provide the data logs of the deleted comments, and to also account for why they would not provide me the data from my account, and why the ignored the complaint against the casino based on the ethical guidelines Trust Pilot promotes.

Oh my goodness. Please stay clear of this Casino, they will try everything in their power to reject your withdrawals. From saying that I have used the wrong platform to take out my winnings or the account numbers are wrong, of which have never changed, then all of a sudden requesting my deposit account, of which was completely irrelevant because I don’t use that account to withdraw into. Then one of the latest ones was a technical issue., then the one after that was the fact that I hadn’t played my deposit through three times.
That was a joke in itself because I did increments of deposits, finally won my money back and decided to take it out. They’re utter lies and I do not trust this casino one bit.. almost every single withdrawal has been rejected. I was very fortunate to win a decent sized progressive jackpot at one stage, of which they claim on their withdrawal small print section. that they will pay out all progressive jackpots straight away. Well, they did not. They made me wait for days and days and days to make small withdrawals and told me because it wasn’t a progressive jackpot.. I took a snapshot of the actual progressive jackpot to prove their lies. That meant nothing to them..and did not action my queries or request appropriately.
I think they’re obviously onto something illegal and they haven’t actually got the money. They’re doing some type of money laundering. I don’t know, but I feel something bad is going on in that casino to the point that they probably don’t have enough funds and they’re trying to make money on our winnings anyway they see fit.
I am totally disgusted. I have spent so much money in this damn casino because as they know all gamblers are addicted to some form and they are hoping that you will spend the money that they reject.
Do not trust this casino please go elsewhere for your own good.

This is a scam casino, haven't had one successful withdrawal ever! They are getting sloppy and can't remember their own lies lol I've been apologized to so many times The word has lost all meaning from them lol. They give false information about withdrawal timeframes, their emails from VIP managers regarding withdrawal issues have key words spelt wrong like instead of typing 'bank transfer withdrawal ' they will have spelt it like 'bant transfer' they apologize the assure that the issue is fixed then something else happens, never contact you when they say, support staff make up things that are not in the terms and conditions, lie about processing requests, each staff member gives different answers to the same question. Withdrawals say instant but 3 days later and haven't even got my withdrawal request processed. VIP managers asking for more Kyc documents and says that's the issue even though I have updated my Kyc documents more than twice in the last year.. you'd think a VIP manager would check your account to see if Kyc documents are on the account and verified before asking for more identification information.. whoops! Bloody scammers and bad at it too. They steal your money and trying to phish for personal information. Lying pigs..
