Lack actual human interaction. Extremely low salvage value which is ridiculous since you make 8 times off car or more than you ggive. A.I. is useless and Cash 4 Cars when I called Copart. Still havent got my check either. Dumbest company

I just sold my 2019 Subaru Impreza. Cash for Cars, gave me the best offer and they picked up my car. What a great company.

Overall was easy to call, get a quote, and schedule a tow pickup; however, the initial offer was over triple was they quoted in person ($398). They then would not negotiate with me. I clearly told them there was a rusted subframe and frame with rusted holes in specific locations and had the catalytic converter intact. They send me a confirmation email of the $398 offer, but then baited-and-switched and I was pressured to sell at a low price of $160 in-person and was unable to talk directly with CashForCars as they wanted me to middle-man through the tow driver. I don't find the company very reputable AND they need a new buyer agent as they obviously cannot accurately quote a vehicle.

Expect up to 40% reduction after accepting the quote... After accepting the offer, they very easily took away the vehicle and keys. Low-hassle but would choose another company next time.

They did what they said they would do, and paid better than most would for my overheating Corolla.

Very professional and the process is very quick.

I got a number of quotes from different companies and cash for cars beat the best highest by over 50%. I just sent them some pictures and a tow truck meet me with a check and picked up the car.

Out of all the places I checked to buy my 2012 camaro (no accident) wasn't worth fixing and almost 300k they offered me the most money. But they should have let me know about the POA I needed for the change of title. But after a few emails everything went smoothly! I'd recommend cash for cars to anyone who wants to get rid of their car.

Quick process for online offer. Just be aware the wording of your email "offer" could be more clear. Found out only after a phone call to schedule drop off that it is subject to change . Otherwise smooth & quick process.

Hat eigentlich alles ganz gut geklappt, mit dem Abholdienst gab es noch ein paar Kommunikations-probleme aber alles in allem haben sich alle sehr bemüht die Uhrzeiten einzuhalten.
Sehr empfehlenswert.........im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen "sehr bekannten " Aufkäufern.

I called them up and they gave me a decent quote for my car, but the weird thing was how they offered me less and I wanted to cancel them, then bumped the offer to $550. I had to submit documents over via text which was already weird but the offer was good so I forwarded it them, but then these idiot agents will transfer you over and over and over to the next agent until they just disconnect you. I dont know why all the agents I speak to are Indians, but they seem to be from a third party and their service team is horribly disorganized. They can't even verify documents and the wait time to get in touch with one agent that's willing to help is ridiculous. I dont know if they're harvesting information or scammers, but they are REALLY shady. I decided to go with Peddle instead because this company Cash for Cars isn't reliable, I dont think they're trustworthy. They are most likely scammers looking to take your information. Just beware that they are hella shady
