Aaron in the Sandyford store was a huge help throughout my kitchen project. I had been around to other kitchen places and had got halfway down the road with a few of them before hitting various problems. By comparison, I found each stage of the process very easy with the Cash and Carry team. Any minor issues or queries that did arise were dealt with really well and promptly. Martin who fitted my kitchen was also very helpful and went out of his way to solve a curveballs I gave him on the day. I would be happy to recommend them based on my experience.

While we're happy with the quality of our new kitchen, the after-sale service left a bitter taste.

When the couriers (Gowan Home) didn't take our old large appliances after delivering the new ones, we were left with our fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher taking up space in the apartment for three weeks. We were initially told by Cash & Carry that they "should've been outside ready for collection". We weren't told this prior to delivery, nor did the lads delivering say that they couldn't take the old stuff while they were here. Also, we live on the first floor with no access to a trolley.

The time we were stuck with these old appliances was beyond the 15 days that WEEE regulations allow for a retailer to collect them, so Cash & Carry were also in breach of these environmental laws. The Sandyford representative we were dealing with didn't know about these regulations and fobbed us off with lies about the couriers trying to ring us on day 13 but not getting through (We have written proof that this was untrue).

An incredibly frustrating and stressful experience, and we were left with the sense that the company only cared about us until we gave them our money. A general air of "well it's not our problem". Wouldn't recommend.

Our whole experience with cash and carry kitchens was brilliant from the minute we walked into the showroom. Aaron was great to deal with he helped us design our dream kitchen, from planning, designing and installation everything went amazing and we are truly thrilled with it. thank you also to Daniele who kept intouch to keep us upto date and to peter who was a gentleman when he was here putting it altogether. We had an excellent experience in Cash and Carry Sandyford. Damir, our designer was exceptional! We spent about an hour with him creating a design that blends in with what me and my husband wanted. He was fast, efficient, skillful and direct to the point with his recommendations. He was always ready to assist, had an eye for small details and was very good in problem solving. His positive attitude to challenging tasks makes him a top notch. Peter, our kitchen fitter was very professional and efficient as well as Lee ( working with Rey), our painter. They completed the task within the time frame suggested, came on time and was very neat. Our overall experience with them and the support team was five star and could not recommend them enough. If you want only the best, go to Cash and Carry Kitchens!

I’ve had a brilliant experience in Cash & Carry so far. Aaron was brilliant in coming up with design, efficient, decisive and gave great recommendations, he was extremely practical but also very attentive to design and super friendly which made the whole process enjoyable. I am looking forward to seeing the kitchen fitted soon!

We initially had a great experience with Aaron at the Sandyford store, friendly staff, reasonable delivery times, and a good deal, with just a smaller kitchen selection than competitors.

Unfortunately, two months post-installation, I'm lowering my rating to three stars. It took over a month for an issue to be resolved. Getting hold of after-sales support or warranty service has been very challenging.

So far, and all we have done is selected our kitchen and appliances. However our meeting with you was superbly managed and our subsequent clarification discussions also first class.

The personnel I dealt with throughout were all great, friendly and helpful and they all did their best. The quality of the units is very good and the professionalism
and skill of the fitter, plumber, electrician and tiler beyond question.
The overriding problem for me was the length of time I was without a functioning kitchen, three and a half weeks . There was a delay of almost a week between the removal of my old kitchen and the fitting of the new one , then the stone work tops took another week to arrive and when they did they were the wrong size so that took another five days to rectify. The plumber, electrician and tiler then all had to be rescheduled which took another week. Eventually the kitchen was finished and it is what I wanted and I am happy with it .
I ordered the kitchen at the end of February. The old kitchen was removed on April 29th. The cupboards were fitted on May 5th and 6th. The stone countertops were measured for on May 8th, arrived on May 14th., didn’t fit, replacements fitted on May 19th and the tradesmen came in the following days. The kitchen was completed on May 22nd. A long haul.

Excellent service from Aaron in Sandyford he gave me some really helpful tips and the whole process was very efficient and professional can’t wait for new kitchen to be installed would highly recommend thanks Cash & Carry Kitchens

My husband and I went to the Sandyford branch and met with Aaron. We had a great discussion with him and he was great explaining things. We came up with a suitable design and our new kitchen will hopefully be arriving in 6 - 8 weeks time. Vivienne

From the very start Aaron was very knowledgable and professional. My every concern and query was answered with the design and feel we wanted all within budget. Couldn’t recommend Aaron highly enough.
