I've tried cheaper cases before and the cutouts were always slightly off. Here every port, speaker opening and button lines up perfectly. Those small details make a difference.

I grabbed the tempered glass protector together with the case and both fit together perfectly. No lifting around the corners which I've had happen with other brands.

This is one of those purchases that immediately feels like an upgrade. The phone feels more secure in my hand and the finish still looks brand new after a few weeks.

I've dropped my phone onto my kitchen floor already and nearly panicked. Thankfully the case did exactly what it was supposed to do and there wasn't a single scratch.

I specifically ordered the iPhone 17 metal case that SNAPS together w/brackets, as I had never seen this type before. I have over the years bought several metal SCREW ON cases from various sellers which I was not wanting to buy again. this was my 1st time buying from caserefined. what I received was not the case I ordered but a completely different case. A SCREW ON CASE! I called & emailed making them aware. They said snap on case was no longer available & i received the
case they now send in its place. I said there’s nothing online re. case is discontinued or I wouldn't have ordered. furthermore, they STILL ADVERTISE THE SNAP ON AS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE to this day! I never unboxed the case or its wrapping once i saw it had no snaps or brackets but 6 screws instead and I followed ALL instructions re.
submitting for return/refund &
paid $16.99 shipping. I received a USPS notification that my package had literally physically been received by someone at the address they say to ship to.
and, —> FIVE DAYS LATER I get a USPS delivery exception email saying my package is being RETURNED TO SENDER due to no such business at that address!?this is the very NYC address they list on their website used for domestic returns/refunds! this entire time im emailing asking for updates, advising of my being notified that they’ve gotten my return I sent them and in return I got canned emails “apologies for any inconvenience, once we receive the returned item we’ll be able to refund you” etc etc. Everything from them was lip service, as they never intended to follow thru on their advertised Return/Refund policy. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM! Not only are they RESELLING the majority of their CASES AT 2 & 3 TIMES THE PRICE FOR THE EXACT SAME CASES ON AMAZON, but They USE BAIT & SWITCH marketing & fulfillment practices that are seriously ILLEGAL!
I have since filed a NY Attorney’s General complaint regarding their fraudulent marketing & sales tactics.

I've gone through plenty of phone cases over the years but this one feels noticeably better put together. The buttons are responsive, it doesn't add much bulk and magsafe still works perfectly. Shipping updates were consistent from the day it left the warehouse.

The corners feel reinforced without making the case bulky. It still slides easily into my handbag while giving me peace of mind.

I wasn't expecting to notice much of a difference compared to my previous case but the grip alone makes daily use so much nicer. My phone feels much more secure now.

The product photos turned out to be very accurate. It's always nice when something actually looks the same once you open the package.

The case feels sturdy enough to handle everyday drops but doesn't make the phone feel like a brick. It's a balance that isn't easy to find.

I was mainly looking for something minimal rather than flashy. This case fits that perfectly and still gives me confidence when tossing my phone into my backpack every day.

The metal frame case looks even better in person than it did online. It gives the phone a premium feel without becoming heavy. Friends have already asked where I bought it.
