I did three lessons with Franco to prepare for a final round interview for an MBB.

He is very professional, and his feedback is very precise. In my experience, each lesson was a simulation of a business case interview. During and after each case, he provided feedback and advice on where to improve and how to do it. By the end of the three lessons, I found that I really improved in several areas, most notably in my communication, structuring my thoughts cleanly, and speaking with clarity and impact.

Even though I didn't land the offer in the end, I highly recommend Franco to anyone who wants to prepare and improve their skills for MBB-style interviews.

Great, professional, honest and helpful is how I would describe my sessions with Franco. His cases were tough but very similar to what I experienced during both round 1 and round 2 interviews at BCG (in Amsterdam). A few sessions with Franco are much more effective than only practicing as many sessions as possible with peers. Franco gives great tips that that are also applicable outside MBB and helped me land a consulting position at a big bank where they were very pleased by a.o. my communication skills, which I used Franco’s tips for. My personal tip to anyone looking to work with Franco, is to have some (about 10+) peer cases practiced beforehand to make the sessions as effective as possible.

Franco really helped me with a case coaching session to break down where I went wrong and assist me with strategies to improve. He is patient and easy to work with. He helped build my confidence and went above what was expected with a detailed report and follow up advice. I would really recommend him to improve case performance quickly. He understands what different mistakes mean to the interviewer and this really helps to focus your preparation effectively.

Experience was great, I was prepping for an interview from McKinsey, BCG & Bain. The first interview that I had was for McKinsey; I felt wildly unprepared and was unsure of what to expect. Franco was able to provide good examples, frameworks and resources to continue practicing! Good communication and was encouraging throughout, even after the interviews had taken place.

I first needed clarity on what to focus on, what to prioritise, and what could wait until later. Franco helped me distinguish between what was relevant to me right now and what I could address further down the line. This made the process feel less overwhelming and helped me focus on the right things.

L: Laid out a future plan

Franco helped me develop a plan that accounted for my timeline and existing work commitments. Rather than suggesting an ideal routine that would be difficult to follow, he gave me a realistic sense of how many hours I should aim to put in and how much time I could reasonably set aside. Having a plan that worked around my actual circumstances made the goal of entering consulting feel more achievable.

P: Provided actionable guidance

Since I come from a non-business background, I needed more than general advice to start my consulting journey. Franco broke things down into specific, actionable steps so I knew what to do next rather than being left with vague suggestions. At this stage, a little hand-holding can make a real difference. That is precisely what I received from Franco: practical guidance, clarity, and the confidence to take my first steps.

Overall, Franco helped me move from uncertainty to having a clearer direction. What I appreciated most was that the guidance was tailored to my starting point, my circumstances, and my goals.
