The whole experience from start to finish was perfect. What beautiful people the staff are, all really professional, polite and reassuring, they honestly made me feel so comfortable, really eased my mind throughout my stay. The whole team really are a credit to the company, They’re the best! I’m absolutely in love with my new teeth and I would highly recommend to anyone, it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, cannot thank you all enough.

I recently had the opportunity to undergo dental treatment at Casas Clinic in Izmir, Turkey, coordinated by Nova. Overall, my experience was a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement. Here's a detailed breakdown of my journey:

1. Flight Booking:
The initial hiccup in my experience arose with the red-eye flight booked from London to Turkey. I found myself facing an additional challenge when coupled with an early 8 am dental appointment upon arrival. Expressing my concerns about the limited sleep before a significant dental procedure, the team at Casas Clinic was responsive and accommodated my request to reschedule the appointment to 10 am, which was a more manageable time. However, the overall situation led me to question whether there might have been better flight options available, as I arrived at the hotel at 4 am, further impacting my rest and comfort. Despite this, the team's flexibility in adjusting the appointment time was appreciated.

2. Hotel Check-in Process:
The check-in process at the hotel was smooth and efficient, offering a positive start to my stay.

3. Hotel Room Location:
The central location of the hotel proved convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and a beautiful view of the sea, providing a pleasant environment.

4. Hotel Room Cleanliness:
The cleanliness of the hotel room exceeded expectations, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

5. Transport Pick-ups:
Transport pick-ups were punctual, and the professional driver ensured a safe and comfortable journey, contributing positively to the overall experience.

6. Explanation of Payment Plan and Unexpected Additional Costs:
While the overall payment process at Casas Clinic was generally satisfactory, there is notable room for improvement in the coordinator's approach. My experience highlighted the need for clearer communication and more proactive management of unforeseen costs post the initial assessment.

The coordinator, unfortunately, seemed underprepared in communicating potential additional expenses. A more thorough and transparent approach could have involved providing an itemized breakdown of costs upfront, rather than presenting only the total sum. It became evident that without explicit inquiries on my part, the coordinator might not have volunteered information on these unforeseen costs. Enhancing clarity and transparency in this aspect is crucial to avoiding misunderstandings between the patient and the clinic.

Moreover, the process of processing payments could benefit from a more secure environment. Ideally, financial transactions should take place away from the clinical area to ensure confidentiality. My discomfort with handling large sums of cash in a potentially non-private and unsecured room underscores the importance of a more discreet and secure payment processing setup. Addressing these aspects would undoubtedly contribute to an overall improved patient experience.

7. Consultant Dentist Rapport Building:
The rapport building with the dental staff, particularly Dr. Roya and Dr. Eda, exceeded my expectations. Despite potential language barriers, both dentists demonstrated an exceptional ability to communicate effectively and connect with me on a personal level.

Their communication skills were outstanding, transcending any linguistic challenges. Dr. Roya and Dr. Eda took the time to ensure that I fully understood the procedures, patiently explaining each step in detail. Their approach went beyond a simple exchange of information; it encompassed a genuine effort to make me feel at ease and well-informed throughout the entire process.

The dentists' empathy was palpable, creating an environment where I felt comfortable expressing any concerns or questions. They actively listened to my needs and concerns, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in their expertise. This level of personalised attention significantly contributed to the overall positive experience during my dental procedures.

Moreover, the dentists' commitment to providing detailed explanations was noteworthy. They not only outlined the treatment plan comprehensively but also discussed the pros and cons, presented alternative options, and paid meticulous attention to every aspect of the procedures. This thorough and informative approach instilled a sense of confidence in the quality of care I was receiving.

I booked my dental crowns with Casa Clinics with Serena. The hotel was lovely. The staff at the clinic were amazing, I spoke with my consultant and dentist prior to my work starting. My dentist was a perfectionist which was lovely.. I even met the guy making my crowns. They worked together very well. I won't say it was pain free. I had some sensitive times. But the end result. Amazing. Serena was at the clinic daily. She made sure all my questions were answered.We do not have this technology in the UK or dentists trained to this level. I would recommend Casa Clinics to anyone.

I had a great experience with Casas Clinic when I came to Izmir for my recent dental plan. Seren was fantastic during my consultatations with the dentists and doctors, translating and helping to finalise the details, as well as keeping me updated with the timeline of my multiple visits, and organising my transfers to and from the airport/hotels. She was a very friendly face and contact when I was on my own abroad, and made sure I knew what was happening and in the loop. Casas Clinic also helped negotiate a good price for my treatment too. I am very happy with the result of my treatment and I can't stop smiling, thank you!

I recently used Casas Clinics to arrange travel to Turkey to undergo a gastric sleeve operation. It was very easy to speak with my contact and to receive a very good quote from them. Unfortunately, my original contact left, and Seher was introduced to me as my new coordinator. Seher responded quickly to all of my questions and queries, she is a very kind, and understanding person. My travel was great from Antalya Airport arrivals I was treated like a VIP. Everyone I met was very kind. I had an excellent surgeon with a wonderful aftercare team. Just 3 days later I was flying home. I can still contact Seher if I have any questions and she still messages me to see how I'm getting on. I highly recommend Casas Clinics for all your medical tourism need.

I hat had two visits now to the dentist and now it’s all done. I have no qualms about a five star review for this experience. Not an easy but worthwhile journey.

My friend and support person decided to get a procedure done while we were there and received the same level of support as myself. So Casas Clinic all the way. Beautiful hotel. Timely transfers to appointments. Yes I’m British and yes we have our NHS but this was not a possibility on my budget. My finished treatment and the quality of care was second to none. All done in the fantastic city of Izmir.

I just recently had a full set of crowns top and bottom through Casas Clinics , was kept up to date throughout process , hotel was very nice and comfortable.. my price did increase slightly but I needed a lot of work I did expect this before arrival . Very happy with whole process and would definitely recommend if your thinking of getting new teeth these are your guys 👌

Had to come back for checkup, Casa was really good they were there for me and sorted out my dental appointment and transfers. Like to give a special thanks to Sehen and Beck their help was appreciated greatly. Nice to know they are there even after you have paid for your treatment.
