Mirror was received the next day, which was good, but not the right one.
Have tried to make contact by on-line form, email and phone without success.
The mobile just gets switched off and landline rings out.
I do not think this is necessarily a scam site, just woeful customer service.
I do not recommend

Ordered my wing mirror glass replacement on Wednesday, got a message to say they had received my order. On Thursday received a message to say it had been dispatched and on Friday it arrived. Perfect fit

I found this company online after comparing others. As a technical person I could see their site promised more than others. One thing I do to validate a potential poor supplier, is call them to see how they respond or even does the phone get picked up? I was delighted when someone answered the phone and able to advise I was considering the correct mirror for my car, which can have some complex options which they understood. I have an expensive car -this mirror glass was great quality and fitted perfectly, the mirror arrived on the day they promised.

Orders got canceled for no reason.

I made an order and paid for next day delivery but the item hadn't arrived several days later. I rang them and was told they would look into it and ring me back, which they never did. I emailed the sales email provided on the website and it bounced back. I would not order form here again.

Wrong wing mirror sent. Asked for the correct replacement via email, tried to call. no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolute disgrace!! Sent wrong wing mirror. The company has replied to none of my emails which I have sent to all the addresses I could find. I have rang every number given and you get cut off immediately without getting to speak to anyone. I did call the number that was on Trustpilot and got an answer. I was abruptly informed that it would be collected the following day. (It was'nt) Amazingly...the number is no longer on Trustpilot. Is there any help we can get from Trustpilot? As you can see I am not the only victim

Hi ordered a van nearside wing mirror and when it came it was the wrong one my van was 2022 but used 2023 mirrors. Contacted the customer service and a very helpful guy there said they would send out the correct mirror with no extra cost to me. Give them 5 stars . very impressed

Van mirror arrived not the correct unit, different multi plug terminal. Sent pictures and email. Zero response. Dreadful, would not recommend. £92 of junk sitting in my garage. A plug adaptor arrived in the post from another company and that wrong.

Peugeot boxer complete mirror wing not fits properly and on motorway you see how its wibrating and moving. I paid 160£ but ebay 55£ quality may be the same. Ok quick delivery, didnt need contact with customer so good

I ordered 2 stick on wing mirror glass replacements but there was a small hiccup with communication leading to a delay in my order being sent, but after speaking to someone at the company, he very quickly sorted the problem out and posted my order out straight away so that I received it the next morning, which was amazing.

Ordered for the right model and year but the mirror doesn’t fit. Have emailed and called but am not receiving any response.

I have ordered a wing mirror it has not yet arrived. It has been 6 days and upon trying to query its misplacement I the phone number attached to the website does not work nor does the email address provided. Massively disappointed as I need this wing mirror and don't know if I should buy one elsewhere.
