Meanwhile I have bought six Mercedes-Benz R230. The last three of them arrived in March 2025 in the port of Zeebrugge. Viktor was of great support during the purchasing process and seems to work 24/7 and Christine always kept me up to date of all the logistic process. So from the side of carvector clearly a 5 star experience.
In regards to the cars you rely on the available information, especially the auction sheet. Here I can tell that there are differences between the various auction places. Some are very precise while others are missing important information.- But this is the risk of buying a car unseen and also carvector has no influence on this.

I had a very good overall experience with CarVector team, they are quite responsive and helpful, I would recommend confirming the final cost before you make the acquisition. Myself in particular I had an issue with the car during the RORO shipment to Cyprus, but that is not under CarVector's control and could happen with any exporter, the car was forcefully opened which left dents above the door and also bended the door itself...
Except that, the RORO shipment insurance is absolutely useless, unless your car is completely lost or stolen during the transport, so I would recommend against it.

А вот у нас не приятная покупка благодаря Виктору. 2,5 месяца ждали машину, толком объяснить ничего не мог кормит завтраками, счета под санкциями, что делать он не знает, фин отдел тоже не знает, странный конечно тип. Помог в выборе гнилой машины , в аукционом листе было указано что незначительная ржавчина присутствует , причем он нас убедил, что не переживайте там немного ржавчины на глушителе может присутствовать(на что мы были согласны), ну по факту всё дно машины гнилое, не просто ржавое, сверху покрыли антикоррозийной краской. Вот тебе и профессиональный сотрудник.
Ужасная покупка. Виктор на сообщения на вопросы отвечает по 3-4 дня, а может вообще не ответить. Очень пожалели что обратились в эту фирму, может и не фирма как сам представитель этой фирмы то ли устал работать, то ли просто бессовестный человек. Бабло срубил самое главное себе, а остальное что кому как пришло в каком состоянии, этот его уже не касается.
Ну и условия конечно по документам странные ни каких гарантий ни каких урегулировании нет, что очень не мало важно! В нашей ситуации я бы по факту во Владивостоке отказала от этой машины 1,5 млн на ветер. Россия 02.2025г.

Thanks to Carvector for organising everything for our car shipping. We purchased a car using carvector's portal on the Japanese car auction site. Christine is very professional and helpful with all the logistic keeping me informed at every step. I think carvector is a trustworthy company and am happy to recommend Christine and her colleagues.

I bought a Toyota Prius plug in hybrid, it was nice, starting from Mr Kosta who helped much to find me the car I wanted and it was great and in a perfect condition when I received. Then Ms Christine who was more than helpful and helpful in everything, replying anytime, tracking the vessel and informing me step by step.
Both were very passion as it's my first time and very polite.

I recently exported a car for the first time, and the experience was very good overall. Christine's customer service was excellent and made the process smooth. The car arrived in good condition. However, I was not informed that once you place a bid, you cannot retrieve it without losing the deposit. Knowing this upfront would have been helpful. Despite this, I was satisfied with the service.Would recommend, but do your research first, the cost of shipping,VAT and customs. Reference; Ireland.

The managers help's on each step. During the bidding manager, Konstantin, double check all the car's I choosed to bid. So, I didn't have any negative surprise upon delivery.

Logistics manager, Christina, keep me posted during delivery, so I no need to use any vessel tracking at all.

I had questions about the process and seems like they didnt like that.
Looks like i got blocked after i asked about if there was any guarantees or insuernce that i will recive the car if purshes.
I got ”we wont sell you anything” then no more answers.
