Bought some accessories, and they look fantastic. Really happy with the quality

Shoes took a while to arrive, though not particularly upset by that. However, when I tried to return them to get a refund or exchange (size is wrong), they are ignoring all my calls, emails, and there is no automated returns process. I have been trying for a month! I refuse to give up and accept I’ve lost my money! Terrible customer service.

This company sells fake counterfeit goods. I received 2 pairs of Nike football boots. Totally fake with a strong chemical smell. Tried to return them but they have refused to reply to my (numerous) emails.

Am reporting them to Trading Standards.

Avoid them at all costs.

Absolute disgrace. No communication whatsoever. Ordered trainers as a birthday gift in plenty of time - allegedly they were despatched the following day (8th August) however tracking just states in transit still. I have emailed multiple times with no response whatsoever. Did not realise when I ordered that the item would come from China. If I’d have realised I’d have ordered elsewhere. Dreadful company, avoid at all costs.

J'ai acheté des Nike Pagasus en septembre 2024. La livraison depuis la Chine m'a questionné et le site m'a confirmé que les chaussures étaient véritable. Mais le modèle reçu est une contrefaçon grossière. J'ai envoyé les photos au site et demandé le remboursement, mais plus de réponse à mes messages.
Je me suis fait arnaqué et je poste ce message largement pour que d'autres personnes ne se fasse pas berné. Passez votre chemin

commande passée le 15 août 2024, demande de nouvelles à plusieurs reprise. chaussure toujours pas envoyé mais bien payé, en revanche les vêtements sont en transit mais ne bouge pas…
une arnaque je pense, les prix étaient bien trop bas… je demande le remboursement sinon plainte

Bonjour commande passé pour mon fils depuis le 23/08 en transit depuis le 26/08 et rien ne bouge . Commande de 99 euro. Comment cela se fait t’il? Site frauduleux ? Je souhaite être remboursé si pas de basket sinon je porte plainte .

I ordered a leather jacket from Carvan Mart and was amazed by the craftsmanship. The jacket is soft yet durable, and it looks exactly as pictured. I had to exchange it for a different size, and the process was straightforward and hassle-free. I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Once again I've done a return request over 10 times it's running out I don't want the fake shoes I want them returned and my money back and still zero response trade and standards it is

They do not accept a return. It’s been nearly a month since I requested a return as the size didn’t fit. Emailed them multiple times no response.
They probably don’t care after receiving the money.

Wished I had remembered to check Trustpilot reviews as I normally do before purchasing a pair of Nike Pegasus 41 trainers from here. I checked the site address and all looks like shipping is from either Europe or UK.

They took nearly 4 weeks to arrive as were being shipped from China. Had I of realised this I wouldn't of ordered them as needed them a lot quicker!

Customers services were quick to respond when I contacted them on every occasion with a tracking number and update. Then I checked the reviews which started me worrying that I would be receiving a pair of fake Nike trainers! If these are fakes then they are very very good ones. All the ID numbers match (box and trainers) along with all the minute details of the stitching and treads of the trainers!

I contacted customer services to ask if I can return as they are a little on the large size for me, this is where it falls down...…No response in the past 3 days, not even an automated reply to say 'thank you' for your enquiry! so beware of this, I doubt you will be able to return anything. Lesson learned!

I have worn Nike Pegasus trainers for 25 years now so will see when I take them out for session!! if they don't work out then I may cut my losses selling them on Vinted or Ebay!

This website is a joke. My order took nearly 3 weeks to deliver when it says 5-9 working days which I waited for I needed them for my holiday (reason I ordered ) then I received them when I got back today and their fake😂😂I paid for real campus shoes not fake ones absolute joke I would NOT RECOMMEND

Responsive Service, Worth the WaitI was a bit worried about my order taking longer than expected, but the team was responsive and assured me that it was on the way. My shoes arrived in good condition, just a bit later than anticipated. I appreciate the customer service and will consider ordering again!

Fantastic customer service! My package was lost, but they quickly reshipped it, and I received it in perfect condition. The shoes are authentic and fit great. I’ll definitely order again!
