PLEASE DO NOT BUY TRAINERS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!. I ordered pair of Air Max 90 Mystic Red took 3 weeks for delivery and are 100% fake. I have numerous pairs of Air Max 90 and know how to spot fakes. For a start came in box for Black/Yellow 90's, as soon as they came out of box l saw they were fake. I'm not very happy paying £76 for fake Air Max 90. Don't waste your time contacting them they don't reply. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

ATTENZIONE SITO TRUFFA… ordinato un paio di scarpe ad agosto mai arrivate dopo svariate mail con richiesta di notizie e minacce di denuncia oggi sito INESISTENTE. 81 euro tirati via.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe il 30 agosto. Ad oggi 25 settembre non ho ancora ricevuto nulla. Tra l'altro il sito non è più raggiungibile

For me IT IS A FRAUD: nobody reply to my questions and today (25/09/2024) the internet domain DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE: "Sorry, this store is currently unavailable." I've asked to be refunded. Also the tracking number doesn't work.

It's a scam. They won't send the item and you can't get in touch with them.

Update: If you have been scammed by them you can do a charge back with your bank.

this is not a reliable and serious suppliers, I ordered gazelle shoes 1 month ago, paid for this, nothing has been delivered to date. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I am incredibly disappointed with both the products I received and the customer service experience from Carvan Mart. I ordered two pairs of shoes, and the quality was shocking compared to what I expected.

- **Terrible Stitching Quality:** The stitching on both pairs is poorly done and looks fragile.
- **Unpleasant Odor:** Each pair smells strongly of industrial glue, which is alarming.
- **Insoles Not Properly Attached:** Unlike my previous Nike Vomero 5s purchased directly from Nike, the insoles in these shoes aren’t even glued down.
- **Inferior Midsole Quality:** The midsole material is noticeably thinner and less dense than my genuine Nike Vomero 5s.

The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of customer service. Over the past two weeks, I have sent **six emails** and used both the **live chat** and **contact form** on your website. Despite attaching photos to show the poor quality and legitimacy concerns of these shoes, I have received **no response**.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CARVAN MART. They sell fake products that ship from China and do not respond to communication.

Les chaussures reçues sont des fausses Nike. Impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone et par e-mail. Le site internet est basé au royaume uni, hors UE ce qui complique le dépôt de plainte.

I bought some UGGS they are fake, currently going through a process with the trading standards, as it is illegal to sell fake goods in UK.
I tried to return them, I emailed them several times a week for 8 weeks. Tried phoning, no response.

I ordered several items, and they all arrived in excellent condition. The quality is superb, and the pricing is very reasonable. One of the tops was slightly smaller, but the return and exchange process was quick and hassle-free. I’m really impressed with Carvan Mart..

Received my order quickly. No issues, great service.

Bought a cardigan and some accessories, and they are all high-quality. The cardigan is super soft, and the accessories look elegant. I’ll definitely be shopping more at Carvan Mart!

All-round terrible company. No indication Nike trainers were going to be fakes from China as originally said shipping was 5-9 days. Took weeks to arrive and are bad quality and bad sizing.
Tried numerous times to raise a return but was ignored. Don’t be duped like me!
Expect a load of fake glowing reviews to follow to hide this one.
