I have ordered two times first order was ok items ok delivery, everything ok. But second time i ordered one pair of earings of silver very shiny with white stones, very lovely. I wore them 2 weeks and after the metal changed the colour like it is poor quality. It supposed to be 925 silver or at least a mix which does not change the aspect after wearing such short time. Very disappointed as I paid £30. Is not lots of money but not cheap. Now due to hygiene issues I cannot have a refund because I have used them already and they will not take it back Too bad I cannot attach photos to actually see them.

Never normally leave reviews but this was my first order and I am very impressed. I added the items I wanted and for some reason one item was listed as free? Unsure if there was a system issue but I’m more than happy to pay back the price of the earrings! Quality is excellent and packaging was lovely. Will defo be ordering again :)

Ordered some charms for my earrings, far exceeded my expectations, great quality for a very good price, delivery arrived tracked within 2 days, very happy with my purchase, will definitely buy from this shop again. Highly recommended 👌

Dissapointing customer service! Although quick to deliver, and there seems to be nothing wrong with the product itself, I accidentally placed my order twice. Ive now sent two messages, with no reply, so all of a sudden, my little studs do not seem very good value for money when i have spent close to £60! Its a shame because the earrings themselves are very nice, but there seems to be no follow up customer service at this point!

Amazing items and the customer service is fabulous. I would recommend this company if you are after great quality and great service

Lovely jewellery and nice to find gold plated sterling silver, not just gold plated stainless steel. I got a good discount over Black Friday weekend and whilst I love most of the items I purchased, the labret studs (part of a stacking set) are 8mm and far too long for my piercings; they stick out and look a bit ridiculous. I contacted customer service to see if I could buy the shorter 6mm bars but they said they don't sell them individually so now I'm stuck. I can't afford to buy replacements (some of the labret studs come with 6mm rather than 8mm bars - if I'd known this I would have ordered separate studs rather than a set) so I will have to see if my local piercer has suitable bars... or wait until they have a similar discount offer!
