Booked through their website for Dubai airport car rental and received the voucher after charging me the full coverage insurance that I requested. I was supposed to pick up the car from Europcar when I presented my voucher the car was not booked with Europcar and they did have availability. Tried to call the numbers of car I rent but it was unreachable. The UAE number they provided in the website is for another company that has no relation with them!!! Land line that is supppsed to be their hotline 24/7 was unreachable Finally after several attempts could reach a Bahrain mobile number through WhatsApp call only!!! The gentleman who picked the call spoke from my phone to the Europcar agent still nothing happened. So had to cancel my reservation and took a car from another rental company. That costed me a premium rate and 2 wasted hours at the airport trying to figure out the problem with no solution at the end!!!

CAREFUL! Hidden Charges with this company
Please CAREFUL of this company. They have a HIDDEN Airport pickup location service charge of $20. Therefore, other car rental companies may be cheaper than this company.

As per your comment, you mentioned that we have hidden information and pickup charges were not mentioned anywhere. I'm sorry to say that this is incorrect.
What we tried to clarify to you earlier by emails, on the website and just as any other car rental or hotel booking website, we display only what's included in the price or the rental. Additional charges at the counter (if any) are always mentioned clearly in the terms and conditions of the car.
Now please understand that we do not have any additional charges added as we are the aggregators. The rental terms and conditions are set by the car rental suppliers directly. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before completing a booking. Please note that the Airport charges you paid for, are set by the airport and by the car rental company and we don't have any control of. And these charges are clearly mentioned in the terms and conditions of the car.
However, we strive to keep our clients happy in any case, so we would like to offer you a discount coupon on your future booking which was provided to you by our support team previously.
We apologize again for the inconvenience caused, and we wish to serve you again soon

2. Their staff waited for more than an hour at Dubai airport while I got stuck at the immigration inside.
3. They refunded me the unused amount through bank transfer. I never expected that.
Amazing service. Wonderful people. Worth trying and highly recommended.

Best car rental experience
It was good experience with cars i rent
I wasnt sure if i should book from them because i didnt know them before but they had the best rates online and their service is just great and their support is wonderful
I booked an Audi in Geneva and everything was smooth and good
I will book again soon for my trip to munich and vienna

Unsatisfied three customer
Unfortuantly we had a very bad experience with Carsirent since day one after we booked three differnt vechicals in Beirut Airport when the front desk requested $5500.00 for each car for deposit when we were told btw$450.00-$550 fauls indormtaion provided until we deside to cancell the reservation and the head office got envolved .... two car rented and third ones they refused to return the deposit witch i feell that was very poor service and they dont care about there customers ... please review ur contract as i have no trust with this company.contacted Aya in bahrain she wasnt able to resolve issue!

We are sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. However as we stated earlier and as mentioned in the terms and conditions of the car and the rental voucher, the amount of the deposit is set by the rental car company and not by CARSiRENT.com. This deposit will only be held against the client's credit card at time of pick up for security porposes, and will be unblocked after the car drop off within some time. The amount of the deposit depends on the car category and model and only set by the car rental company.
As for the amount you paid online, it was not for the deposit. That amount was only to confirm your booking, reserve the car and guarantee the availability of the vehicle; and as per CARSiRENT.com policy, this amount can only be fully refunded 24 hours prior to the pick up date and time.
Since you are a dear customer, we managed with our car rental partner in Beirut to deliver the car for free at any location you want, but you were not interested anymore.
However, we didn't want to let you down so we over-passed our policies and contacted you several times offering you website credit with the amount you paid earlier for any future booking.
We apologize again for the inconvenience caused, and we wish to serve you again soon
