Absolutely 5 star service from Car seat ninja. Natalie was so knowledgable and eleviated any concerns we had about using a tethered car seat. Natalie installed the car seat for us with such ease and expertise, my son loves his new car seat! Thankyou x

Quick delivery & great customer service + aftercare from Carseat ninja. Highly recommend, thank you!

Seat was available with quick shipping and owner has given great advice and is very knowledgeable about car seat safety. Very happy with the purchase.

Really fast delivery and installation and fit check was great.

Very responsive

Excellent service when purchasing a travel seat for my daughter. I messaged during the evening expecting a response the next working day but had a reply within 10 minutes to clarify on an issue and to generate a very thoughtful blue light discount meaning I could purchase there and then. Once purchased, the postal time couldn’t have been quicker and I had the seat within 48 hours. Would highly recommend car seat ninja!

Amazing customer service. Still help with fit checks 4yrs after purchasing. There was an issue with my seat recently (bearing in mind it's 4yrs old!), they replied within a few minutes, liaised with the manufacturer and sent me the broken part free of charge and only charged postage - it arrived the next day. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't buy a car seat from anyone else

Purchased a few times over the years and couldn't fault them. Great customer service and fitting advice. Quick delivery too.

I received great advice really quickly through the website. I ordered an avionaut carseat and received it 24 hours later! Highly recommend - great service, extremely fast delivery

I've bought a number of seats from here, and wouldn't go anywhere else! A real focus on car seat safety and super helpful to know what is the best option for my children and each stage.

Always great service and advice from Natalie. I’ve bought 2 infant carriers, one extended rear face car seat and two high back boosters from her. She’s always helped me work out what’s best for my child and my car. Definitely recommend

Excellent service and seat well priced. Would use again

We found the website and chat / communication very easy to use to book an appointment.

Upon arrival, the staff were extremely knowledgeable with measuring our kid’s weight and height, and recommending the most appropriate seat for our size car and for what we wanted.

We are very lucky to have a shop like this that has extended rear facing seats and that can fit the seats and demonstrate how to use them.

Before we became parents we had no idea about extended rear facing and just got our infant seat from the local (insert high street store here).

Through various online groups we got to learn that just because some seats are legal doesn’t make them the safest; with the new seat we’ve got, we can hopefully rear face till our kids are 7 years old, keeping them super safe.

Thank you for helping us find the best seat for us 🌟

We have purchased two seats from Natalie, one in 2023 and the second one just last week. Natalie is a true professional and very knowledgeable. We went to see her last week for a new seat for our son. We actually tried both kids in the new seat and she also tried it in our car. She then installed our new seat in our car before we left. Great service. I happily recommend Natalie and Car Seat Ninja for all things car seat safety and car seats!

Great advice and was sent out quickly

The staff were very professional especially as my order went wrong but they resolved the issue without any hassle and were really helpful.

Both car seats bought were delivered super quickly and after purchase assistance wasgreat

Perfect for my baby to wear in the winter months without the struggle. Excellent quality and design. Value for money and will last. Lovely colours to choose from. Fast delivery.

I ordered the insert for my avionaut carseat, and they came the very next day. Super efficient service, would recommend. I used this company after having a awful experience with another carseat company. I will deffinetly use carseat ninja in future

Excellent service and delivery. I messaged them on the Thursday evening (day before Good Friday) asking about different seats and received a reply immediately. The seat was sent the day after the Easter bank holiday. The delivery did arrive a day later than expected but that was a delay at DPD and not car seat ninja. Received the seat today and sent photos to assess the fit of my son and received quick and helpful replies. Great customer service, delivery and aftercare. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Seat arrived quickly and support in making sure we had the correct fit for our daughter after was great.
