No response for over a week to multiple emails asking for help.
I have also contacted the senior team of Kevin Harding - Russell Churcher and Andrew Taylor who have all totally ignored my query.
Looking forward to another AI driven response that tells me they will review processes rather than actually make contact and take ownership for resolving the ongoing issue.
I now have a car with no keys that work and I therefore need to leave permanently unlocked

Another week on and 1 single email that…
Another week on and 1 single email that tells me nothing then radio silence to my immediate response.
I'm sure the AI auto reply on trust pilot will again apologise and tell me this isn't how it is meant to be and they will look into it so they can improve on the future.
I'd much prefer a human to call me and a direct dial number so we can resolve the problem quickly but I'm not holding my breath.

We booked for a car to be reserved in Gloucester but it wasn’t able to be delivered that’s why I have given 4 stars otherwise when we made the trip to Wolverhampton Tariq was fantastic and found the car straight away.
