I choose carsa because of the carsa is a reputed company but I went to Bolton branch last Monday for pick up my Toyota rav4 LO21LNG 24/08/2006. I selected the car is rav4. But after I saw the car AT Bolton the car windscreen is a big chip and one tyre nearly under limit and in side the car no floor mat and I told them but they are three person all are trying to sell me William products and they don’t listen what I’m I saying about missing in the car and end of the time I told them If you not repair windscreen I don’t want to buy car then one of the senior person trying to contact head office to repair windscreen and he told me manager agreed to repair windscreen. Then he told me take the car with you and our manager will arrange for repair the windscreen at your house. Last two days I trying to contact with head office but no one pick up my phone.
Your website says all vehicles are on under comprehensive vehicle inspection but it’s practically not true.

Excellent Service and Very Helpful Staff
Easy booking system. Jonathan was a great guide and salesman. He helped with all my queries and did all the checks I asked for. He even accompanied me on the test drive, as I am not familiar with the local area and wanted to find a road to drive the car at a higher speed.
With the help of his manager, Mez, they managed to assist me in sorting a good price including a 3 year warranty and my part exchange vehicle.
A very professional transaction and I'm very excited to be driving away with my new Skoda!

As soon as I went to carsa 30 minutes early saw the car before I went in ilyas was there ready to hand the keys off happy to help after i noticed so tiny scratches and dents to the car happy to try to polish some of the minor marks out and every question was answered and even after the first meeting no hassle to secure the car helped out end to end and even delivering the car couldn’t ask for a better service.

Easy peasy
Searching on AutoTrader pointed me towards a listing on Carsa. The vehicle was in Birmingham at the time but they quickly had it transferred for free to their Bolton branch for my test drives. Without prompting, their sales rep Ilyas pointed out a cosmetic defect to the car. He talked me through all the add-on services Carsa could provide. I felt he explained everything adequately and he didn't put me under any pressure. Everything from start to finish was smooth and professional.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. They will not refund your £39 fee to view a vehicle . I have been waiting 5 weeks and despite several calls I still haven’t received my £39 reservation fee from Carsa Bolton.it appears to be a scam as they asked for debit card rather than credit card saying it would be quicker to refund. Do not trust this company .After contacting customer care I have now received my refund although I should not have had to go through this to obtain the automatic refund . Also the car I viewed had what I can only describe as bleach marks over the front passenger seat which was not advertised, I would not have expected this on a car only 12 months old and costing well over £20,000.i have given the company an extra star for my experience with customer service

Serious lack of communication as car…
Serious lack of communication as car had not even arrived at the location on the agreed test drive appointment and i was not contacted and informed on time. Staff were very uninterested and lacked communication between themselves being three of them. Important parts were missing from vehicle that were not even mentioned and found out after bringing car home. Very very slow transaction at their branch wasted so much of our time. Told us car was ready to be driven away but as we got there their 2 others cars were blocking and they could not even find the keys so wasted another 10minutes whilst my 1 hour temporary car insurance had started. One in particular Rude staff member. Been to several car dealerships and this is my first time i have come across such staff who appeared interested and clueless most of the time.

Illy was really helpful
