Love buying from here. Packages arrive quickly, the quality of items sold is much higher yet more fairly priced (in my opinion). Great company with great ethics and all interactions feel like a genuine human experience as supposed to pushy sales people.

Fantastic knowledge and stunning crystals. The crystal companion is fantastic too, I have got both the information and spiritual cards, there is plenty of space for me to make notes on crystals I have from years ago too, so everything is not catalogued in one place. The worst experience I’ve had in purchasing crystals. New policies apply to new customers. Over-priced tourmaline and pressure was put to ship this single item - costing nearly 50 quid. Not even a token gesture of good will. Greedy and more than disappointing. Upsetting actually.

Item well presented in live sale. Arrived beautifully packaged and as described. Unfortunately Royal Mail sent to incorrect hub and package had to be re routed hence very overdue delivery. Always quality items from this seller.
