Drew was very thorough in explaining the differences between the bikes I looked at and allowed me time to try them out. He made spending a large amount of money(for me) as painless as possible. I will certainly recommend Carolina Fitness to my friends.

Worked with Bill Harrigan this morning. He was incredibly helpful and personable. Bill listened to my preferences & directed me to exactly what I looking for. He gave me thoughtful feedback on how we may want to expand our home gym in the future without making me feel like he was pushing a sale. I was impressed with the inventory and quality. We will certainly be back.

My Precor treadmill stopped working. I gave Carolina Fitness Equipment a call and they responded promptly. We set up a time for them to come out and look at the problem. They were able to repair it quickly. They also completed a tuneup while they were there. They let me know that the belt had some wear and that the deck had already been turned once. When I needed to replace the belt in the future, I will need to replace the belt and the deck. That was valuable info to know. Thanks to them for their prompt and reasonable service.

Best equipment for working out as I was searching through websites and none of them were good enough. Also, they give plenty of information and offer technical support.

Knowledgeable company, provided excellent solutions to our Gym setup with quality equipment. They also provide preventative maintenance checks. I would recommend them to groups or people that want quality equipment. Gave them a 4 1/2 star instead of a 5 due to a need to communicate more efficiently with responses to emails.

Equipment that was supposed to be brand new came damaged and dent and the installation crew had no respect for the equipment, they were tossing it around, when they opened the truck the dumbbells had been rolling around the truck hitting everything, Not impressed will not use again
