Carnival Internet made everything incredibly simple, from the purchasing side to the setup. The Eero router-- WOW! Plugged it in, and within seconds, most of my devices connected automatically without me having to do a thing. The speeds are exactly what they promised, no frustrating slowdowns like I had with my previous provider.

One standout feature for me is the Eero app, which lets me effortlessly manage my kids internet access. It’s been a lifesaver--especially with my 7-year-old, who never wants to get off his Nintendo. Now, with the app’s time limit feature set for 5 PM, he has to log off, making his screen time a lot easier to control.

Loving my new broadband!!! I run my business from home and had issues with wifi dropping and circuit issues causing issues with client calls and card payment machines, connectivity and speed are brilliant and great customer service. Install was simple, price is great

Nice customer service and great speed

Excellent service, kit arrived exactly when they said it would, change over was seamless. Customer service kept in touch with us at every stage & we're so friendly & professional.
WiFi is fantastic, speed really something else, we can now download content so quickly & haven't had any drop outs & this was all for less than we used to pay.
Love the fact that as a company they are planting trees to reduce carbon for every month we're with then.

Wifi is brilliant. Speed is supersonic and Service is emaculate. I have been their customer nearly a year now and all things can be done online means never needed to speak to anyone. A 21st century company in 21st century world!

After months and months of terrible internet with my previous provider it feels like I’ve hit the jackpot with Carnival!! Amazing service and most importantly amazing internet service. I can finally wfh without worrying when my internet will drop and all the kids can use their devices at the same time. Just wish I had switched earlier!!

It's so refreshing to deal with a friendly, normal company who actually want to do right by their customers! We left Virgin Media to join this new company and it was such a great choice! It was so easy to get setup and they don't mess us around every year raising our prices; and we love their unique loyalty discount each year - such a great idea! The broadband and wifi router is brilliant too; couldn't be happier!
