I just made a purchase
I just made a purchase, and I have to say, the experience was a mix of excitement and disappointment. The product I ordered was exactly what I needed, but the delivery took way longer than expected. I was thrilled to see it finally arrive, but the packaging was damaged, and the item itself looked slightly used. It’s frustrating when you put your trust in a site, only to be let down by delays and poor condition. Still, I’m glad I found what I needed, even if the process wasn’t perfect. Maybe next time I’ll double-check the reviews before clicking "buy."

Great site and wonderful customer service!
When I started looking for a game improvement set of irons I found Carl’s golf land and they had a great price and free shipping. The purchase was easy and by Friday of this week I will have my new clubs. Very easy and by the weekend I will be using my new clubs!

Order refunded due to out of stock!
I didn’t like the fact that the hat I ordered showed to be in stock and ordered when placed online website. Then a day later I was refunded when the hat was no longer in stock. I would have be happier if Carl’s Golfland would have offered a alternate option close to the color and style I was looking for. I called in and asked for
another style hat in the same color. I was provided an option and placed the order however the new hat ordered was $38 versus the $22 hat that was out of stock.

I ordered earlier this week, did 2 day shipping, yet you haven’t shipped anything yet. Promising faster shipping but then taking your time to ship blows.
This will be the last thing I order from you guys. In this day and age, your order handling sucks.
