Another fantastic experience
Another fantastic experience dealing with Mike at eCar lease, Car Lease UK! From start to finish Mike and the team were professional and efficient. My new Smart #1 is the latest of many electric cars from Mike, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. As always I was updated regularly throughout the process. This included the return of my previous electric car.

I did a lot of research and looking at reviews before entering into communications with a lease car company as i had heard lots of bad experiences. The research paid off as i have just had the best service from Tom Fielding at Car Lease UK. It was a very fast turnaround from first contact to getting my car and Tom was available to answer any questions. My car has just been delivered by a nice man who also was very friendly. All round great service that i can highly recommend. Thank you.

First class service
From when we first made contact with car lease.uk, Paul was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was prompt at replying to all of our queries and gave us information on all options available to us when our original choice wasn't available in the colour we wanted. We ended up getting the car that we wanted in our preferred colour and we couldn't be happier

The process was easy
The process was easy. Mike and Hayley looked after our lease and were always quick to answer any questions. Mike put together several quotes for me to look at and was patient with the time I took to consider each one. Small changes were made where needed and he was brilliant all the way through. Hayley got the paperwork to me promptly and again, was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful!

I cannot fault the service I received from e-car lease. My contact James was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in, and the whole lease process that he explained to me as someone new to lease hire. James was quick to respond to my enquiries and always ready to help. The follow up service from Nicola has also been excellent. I will recommend their service with confidence.
