Excellent service even when the unexpected happens
I always think that you can tell a good company when they make something good out of when the unexpected happens.
A small issue when the car arrived, however the issue was resolved to my satisfaction by COP. Very impressed.

Thank you for the feedback. Not much unlike life, EV procurement and leasing can create anomalies and issues beyond our control. But working together to resolve it is very much what matters. Thank you for your efforts to make a tricky situation more digestible for all of us.
We appreciate you placing your business with us and hope the electric car lease journey is a positive one from here.

I highly recommend e-car lease
Leasing my new car was so easy using e-car lease. From the initial enquiry, one agent dealt with the whole process and kept in regular contact keeping me up to date with progress. The car was delivered to my door on the agreed day and time. I'm really happy with the car and the monthly cost, I can't recommend them enough.

First time lease of a vehicle - Great Service
This was probably the easiest car purchase that I have done, the service that we received was amazing, no pushy sales people, the credit check was done in minutes. I was kept up to date on all aspects of the vehicle, was contacted about the delivery. Will most certainly recommend them as a car lease company to deal with.

e-car lease exceeds expectations
Used various contract hire brokers in the past and e-car lease is certainly one of the best. Straightforward quotations by Andy (matched the cheapest rental amount), simple and quick to deal with on-line, questions were answered truthfully and all financial details were displayed.
The car was delivered on time by a friendly and courteous driver (very clean inside and out as expected). Altogether I could not ask for a better service.

I was able to secure a new hire car in 1 day!
I was able to secure a new hire car agreement in 1 day. The service - mostly online - was amazing with no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. Additionally, I had the car delivered on exactly the day I requested which was very convenient. Lastly, the price I was offered was very competitive as I benchmarked it in the market place.

Our in-house Lythium system is proving to be well received by our customers with prompt and efficient responses to customer enquiries. The fact that we offer a personal account manager and administrator to back this up is proving to be a winning combination.

Absolutely fantastic company
Absolutely fantastic company and team. I had been searching for a lease car for some time and had contacted several leasing companies, but unfortunately I was repeatedly let down by poor communication and broken promises, even after paying administration fees.
I then reached out to E-Car Leasing and was contacted promptly by James Bishop. I was looking for a specific vehicle and was delighted to find it available on their website. James took the time to explain everything clearly, was never pushy, and was always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
Within just a few days, my finance application was approved, the car was ordered, and I was introduced to Hayley Smith, who efficiently arranged the delivery. The entire process was smooth and well managed from start to finish.
The car arrived today in immaculate condition, and I couldn't be happier. I am extremely grateful for the help, advice, and guidance provided by both James and Hayley throughout the process.
Thank you again, James and Hayley, for making the whole experience so straightforward and stress-free. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely delivers on its promises. I look forward to doing business with E-Car Leasing again in the future and will happily recommend them to family, friends, and colleagues.

Thank you so much for detailing your electric car leasing experience with our team Dr Athula. Setting out what we do and how we do it is so useful to other customers looking into their next EV; we do things much differently to many businesses out there and do our best to achieve the highest possible standards. This is testament to this.
And a big thank you for recognising the efforts of both Hayley (in customer support and logistics) and James (in EV sales), who collectively managed your transaction so efficiently. Your feedback is kindly received. We are immensely proud of their efforts.

Another fabulous experience.
From the moment I contacted Mike Crompton to source a new lease vehicle, right through to delivery of my new Audi Q5, and organising the collection of my BMW, the whole process has been seamless.
A big thank you to also goes to Hayley for keeping me informed all the way through the process.
This is my third experience of organising cars through the company, and quite simply, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Very professional and pleasant people to deal with all round.
Highly recommended

Thanks for the feedback Janet. And while I am pleased to hear our team delivered a solid car leasing experience, I am sorry the delivery process was not delivered to the highest of standards.
Unfortunately, the delivery is handled by the delivery company for the supplying dealership. It is not something we have any control or influence over but we will feed your comments back to them.

Professional, friendly and helpful
I was attracted to leasing an EV due to the tax benefits. Aaron was helpful and keen to do us a fair and transparent lease agreement. Very easy process, all the people I dealt with throughout the order and delivery were helpful, friendly and professional. Any doubts I had about transitioning from my diesel to EV were quickly dismissed as I am an enthusiastic convert now.
