Arjun was so helpful
Arjun was so helpful. He was informative and kept me posted. My only criticism is that they would not release the funds to the car dealership until the car was delivered and I sent them a picture. This did cause some distress but not Arjun’s fault.

Hi,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review!
We're really pleased to hear that Arjun was helpful, informative, and kept you well updated throughout your journey with us — we’ll be sure to pass on your kind words to him.
We understand that the process of holding funds until delivery can be frustrating, and we're sorry for any distress this caused. This step is in place to protect both our customers and ensure everything goes smoothly with vehicle handover — but your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us improve how we communicate this part of the process.
Thanks again for choosing Carki, and we hope you’re enjoying your new car!
Best wishes,
The Carki Team 🚗💙

Pleased with the experience
Although I did not enter a financial agreement with the company; Mike Findlow who dealt with my application was very professional, helpful and very swift to respond. He did make this a good experience. I wish him and the company all the best. I would definitely consider in the future if I do decide to purchase a vehicle. Thank you.
