Respectful and friendly customer service support 👌🏽 package arrived when they said it would and all my snacks came secure n they were fresh and tasty as I remember 😂❤️well be shopping here from now on for my goodies.

This was my first time ordering from Carib Shopper and I have to say, my experience was excellent in no short part because of Kareen. She was there to help at every step from my first interaction with her over the phone to immediately replying to any email inquiries I had subsequently.

During my initially shipping process there was a slight snafu with one of the items I ordered. But when I made it known to the team, they were quick to address it and shipped a replacement IMMEDIATELY. And, over the course of the shipping and delivery of the replacement item, they followed up at each step to keep me in the loop on how the reorder was progressing and when I could have expected it to be delivered.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate good service and following through. Kareen and her colleagues at Carib Shopper demonstrates how it should be done and I was more than happy to share my experiences with the public. They have earned my loyalty.

My first order.
I ordered Caribbean Roasters Beach Blend Ground Coffee, Café Trinité Coffee Sampler (Coconut, Vanilla,Mocha) and Devon Vanilla Cream Biscuits. Everything is just perfect. I am really enjoying the coffe, its rich and smooth. There is no any after-taste. Love it. My husband is trini so he was so excited to check the webpage and wow.. i remember that and this.. so I will be ordering more for sure. Great experience

The bottles of hot sauce arrived safely packed and they had great communication when there was a delay shipping. They had what we wanted and got it to us when we couldn’t find the Trini fave locally.

Contrary to the one star reviews, which are suspiciously similar, I have had a very positive experience with this Company. I am able to share my Trini snacks with my American born kids. I order in bulk during their 20%off and free shipping and have never been disappointed. I hope trustpilot actually vets their reviewers as I utilize their site on other online vendors.

For years we were unable to find a reliable source for the products we needed from the Caribbean!
Then we learned of Caribshopper and thought it could not hurt; they had the items we needed, in the quantities we needed, and the pricing was good! Not exorbitant.

This has to be one of the best decisions we've made! They kept us informed about delays and arrival times. Once the items arrived [all bottles] they were packed by persons who believed in delivering good service! This person[s] could teach a class on packing...

Each bottle was wrapped in cardboard then wrapped in bubble wrapped then taped tight with packing tape PHEW!
EVERY BOTTLE! Every bottle arrived intact and ready for use. The variety of product they offer is impressive.

We would highly recommend shopping for your Caribbean and other products from Caribshopper you will not be disappointed.

I ordered $200 worth of Jamican goodies from this site and I had a great experience! Out of all the snacks and drinks that cam only one of the snacks was stale. Which is pretty amazing because alot of what I ordered is perishable.

At first, I was skeptical of ordering from this company, but I am so elated to say that the ordering process was easy, the company communicated the process of shipping and I received my items before they time indicated. The items were actually what I ordered.

Although it took past the 6-10 business days for free shipping as advertised, I learned that the products come specifically from the country. My order arrived and I am completely satisfied with the service. Will be ordering from them again. They were extremely helpful, patient, and professional with my concerns. Thank you for your time!

Regardless of what those other reviews say please stick to the ones that tell you this site is a scam. Here is what will unfold: You will order a series of items because the prices appear reasonable and familiar, and you will receive a very quick response from an actual person. You will pay, and you will even receive update emails, "We're getting ready to ship," but your items will never come, and they will stop communicating with you. It is a scam site. Be warned.

Very poor business practices. I requested a refund TWICE but they still refuse to communicate or refund my money. Despite numerous attempts they did not respond. Order was not fulfilled, or shipped. Don’t wasn’t your time or hard earned money on this organization.

They do not fully fulfill their orders and then promise refunds that never come to pass. Bad, incompetent delayed customer service.

I HAD TO PAY $80 FOR SHIPPING, WHICH I REFUSED BECAUSE I SPENT MORE THAN THE MINIMUM TO RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING...
