Horrible communication. When I booked it, I paid the deposit. I get a call from them about the specifics. They give me the 1-5 business days spiel. I receive texts for 3 days, then one morning at 10am I get a call we are ready. The car is not here. They say, we'll call you back. We will get it tomorrow between 9am - 12 pm. I told them the car would be at the business. They call back at 4pm saying we can't do it. I ask them to rebook it. Ok we will. I text them 6 days later. They say we tried to contact you(a lie) so we cancelled it. Don't use these guys.

I was a bit nervous to hire car movers as I have never done that before, but my experience was extremely positive. The service was completed on time and accurately, the car was delivered in perfect shape and even the valuable collection of clown figures that I had on the back seat was intact. Super happy and will give business again to these amazing car movers!

So I made the mistake of going with a budget hauler for a previous move and yeah… never again. Scratched up my rims, didn’t return calls, and the guy literally drove the car off the trailer like it was GTA.
This time? Way different. Professional tone from the first phone call. Driver checked in the night before, confirmed everything at pickup, and rolled the car out like he was handling a newborn. My neighbors actually stood outside watching like it was a car show. Kinda funny, kinda awesome.
