Reached out to the company on Friday evening stating I needed a new car, received a call first thing on Saturday morning from Albie who has gone above and beyond in sorting me a car out. Managed to get everything over the line within a day and I’m just waiting to pick up the car now!

A different finance company pulled out last minute (evening before I was supposed to pick up the car) due to a software recall on the vehicle. In came Car Finance Genie. Very quick decision and CHEAPER with a shorter term than the other finance company had as well. Win win. I sorted out all the paperwork that evening and picked up the car the next afternoon. Overall my experience was brilliant and I highly recommend using this company!

Smooth sailing from start to finish.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.

I received my Nissan Qashqai on 17 July 2026. Within a few days, I noticed a loud noise when reversing and parking. I reported the problem immediately, recorded a video, and sent it to the salesperson I had been dealing with.

The car was later inspected, and I was advised that the issue appeared to have been present before I received the vehicle. Since reporting the fault, I have had to keep chasing for updates. Communication has been poor, and despite being told someone would contact me, I am still waiting to hear from anyone.

I use my car every day for my job as a domiciliary care worker, so having a vehicle with an unresolved fault has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expected a car that had been properly inspected before delivery and a much quicker response once I reported the problem.

The car itself is comfortable and looks great, but the after-sales service has been disappointing. A good dealership is judged not only by how it sells cars but also by how it supports customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

I am still hoping the dealership will resolve this matter promptly, and I will happily update my review if they do. At the moment, however, I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope they improve their pre-delivery inspections, communication, and after-sales support so that future customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Absolutely great

Got me finance where I thought I wouldn’t be accepted as I don’t have the cleanest credit history. Even got me a better rate than other companies and monthly payments are less with more credit. Had an offer £10000 for £330 a month car finance genie got me close to £11500 same term and 15 a month cheaper. Couldn’t be happier.

I honestly can’t recommend Car Finance Genie enough! The whole process was so quick, efficient and straightforward from start to finish.
I received my first call the morning after submitting my application, and they sent everything over for me to complete and e-sign online. There was then an issue with the difference between my legal name and the name I’m known by, but the team dealt with it quickly and professionally and had everything sorted the very same day.
I was approved for finance and had my new car just two days later! 🚗❤️
Every member of staff I spoke to was genuinely lovely, helpful and pleasant, even though I dealt with different people throughout the process. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and they made what could have been a stressful process feel really easy.
I’m honestly so grateful to the whole team for their help and for getting everything sorted so quickly. Thank you Car Finance Genie — I’m absolutely delighted with my car and really appreciate everything you did for me! 😊
