Hello Hamda Alqemzi,
Sorry not to have replied sooner. Due to Covid-19, many countries have decided to cut flights or even shut down their air space for international flight services which is why shipments are stuck / delayed. Most of the tracking websites has put disclaimers about the delay in delivery of shipments so as we did on our website. We request you to wait for sometime as you will receive your shipment soon. We request your co-operation / understanding in this difficult time. For any further assistance, please feel free to email us at admin@careprosteyedrops.com.
Best Regards, Careprost Eye Drop Team.
