Great customer service
Very helpful throughout the process, excellent communication, provided updates each step of the way. Product arrived very quickly, considering the huge shipping distance, and was packaged well. Product is as advertised - in excellent condition, and for a very fair price.

Canceled order by Careprost; have not heard from them
I ordered $102 worth of eyedrops on 11/11/21 and have rec'd nothing as of 1/26/22. Status says my order was canceled tho I have had no communication from them. I have been customer for years. I will check my credit card to see if I have been reimbursed. I have contacted then THREE times and they have not responded.
