Had amazing service and communication from Arran N. He listened to all my concerns and delivered the best possible result for me.

From the first call I made to CV people to enquire about updating my CV to the finished product just an amazing service. I spoke with James Greenall initially on first contact ..sent in my CV and very quickly received the feedback on where I could make changes and how they could help me. Then I was assigned a writer and when Sophie H made contact with me we arranged a phone call to discuss my job history and expectations for the new CV ..i knew I was in safe hands the minute I spoke to Sophie ,she understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and from then I found the communication very clear untill the CV and Cover Letter were drafted..Sophie was great ...made the changes I was looking for..and has given me a CV im proud to send out to prospective employers.....Sophie H provided an incredibly professional Service with a real person touch .. id highly recommended CV People .So a big thank you to Sophie H and all at CV People..

Engaged CV People to enhance my CV & LinkedIn profile. Was put in contact with Diana who reached out quickly to better understand my skills and experience and begin work on my documents. Diana's work was excellent - concise whilst still containing good detail. Would recommend Diana to others looking to refresh their CV.

I had my CV done and had a great experience. Fantastic service from Arran N.!

5 star service from start to finish. I was contacted very quickly and discussed the services provided in great detail. I was then connected to a writer, Sarah, who was such a lovely lady and extremely professional. My CV, Cover letter and LinkedIn profile were reviewed and re written by Sarah, who after an hours call with me got it spot on. I had a minor amendment that was changed by Sarah. The whole process from my initial contact to receiving my completed documents was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending CV People and especially Sarah the writer assigned to me and James Greenall who contacted me initially to discuss the services offered.
My journey looking for a new position will now start again with my new CV, cover letter & LinkedIn Profile and I am confident that it will not be long before I find the right position for the next stage of my career.
Many thanks

I had a great experience with Arran. I found it a pleasure to work with him, and appreciated his insight and feedback when improving my CV.

Expensive but the reviews were good , took almost a month which was longer than expected . They actually did a good job in the end . Unfortunately the CV and the cover letter only works properly with word . I have tried creating PDFs via google and Libre office as I don't have word . Don't do this I have had two recent responses where one the parser on the recruitment website has made the document unreadable . The other the end customer tried printing my pretty file and it did not print properly . Please be aware of this as not everyone is going to give you feedback that they can't read the cv . If you don't have word , do not use the documents produced . I have discussed this with the source and they see no issue with having to use word

I had a great experience with CV people. It started by getting a free assessment of my CV, which had a good feedback but would have benefited from a professional revamp. After speaking to James G from the CV people team, I signed up to the service and was assigned to Sophie H. It started with a consultation call and the general direction I was heading in terms of job applications. She listened and noted everything and had a very quick turn around of my first cover letter, which I was immediately impressed with as her understanding of a technical subject matters shined through. The CV turn around was very quick as well. The structure was amazing and after couple of rounds of drafting, I got the exact CV I wanted. Now both my CV and cover letter are so much more concise and crisp! The work on the LinkedIn optimisation was equally great. It really makes a difference when CV & cover letter are done professionally and given my great experience with Sophie H. and the team, I whole-heartedly recommend the service!

Arran's communication was outstanding—he was responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to delivering the best possible result. I couldn't be happier with the final outcome and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a top-tier CV and cover letter. Five-star service all around!
