Careerify is a reverse recruiting service: instead of you applying to jobs, a dedicated human recruiter does it for you. Your recruiter finds roles that match your targets, checks each one for fit, and submits applications using the resume version that fits the job type — an estimated ~50 to ~300 applications a month, depending on your plan. Every application is logged in your dashboard with the role, company, date and status, so you always know where your search stands. No bots and no mass auto-apply: a real person runs your search and communicates with you directly. Careerify works for job seekers across the United States and across industries — from laid-off professionals who need momentum fast, to employed people who don't have hours to spend applying each night, to early-career candidates and visa-sponsored job seekers navigating harder searches. Plans start at $150/month, and every plan begins with a 5-day trial (card required, $0 today). The work is backed by our Application Delivery Guarantee: if your first month's recruiter hours don't produce your plan's guaranteed number of applications, you get a free month of service. Careerify's recruiters have submitted more than 100,000 applications for job seekers. If you'd rather spend your evenings preparing for interviews instead of filling out application forms, that's exactly what Careerify is for.

Careerify provides an outstanding experience with professional service and a user-friendly approach. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and easy to understand. I really appreciate their dedication, reliability, and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience!
Firstly, this is a real company that hires real people to help you with your job search. Hiring a reverse recruiter is a real thing that can help you in this tough job market. Careerify is one that can help anyone at any level of experience and position. I've had several interviews offered because of their good work

Albert, thank you! Glad the résumé revamp helped and applying feels easier now. — Austin, Careerify
My experience was mixed.
I gave Careerify detailed written requirements, both in my profile and directly to my recruiter. Despite that, several applications were submitted that clearly did not fit. One was a full-time, on-site Quotations Specialist position in Idaho. The employer actually called me, and I had to apologize and explain that I was looking for part-time remote work from Arkansas.
I also had applications submitted for positions involving finance/accounting, senior procurement, technical/developer work, federal/healthcare-related work, and other areas I had specifically asked to avoid. On more than one occasion, Careerify agreed to remove applications after I pointed out the mismatch.
To be fair, after I gave extensive feedback and revised my profile, some later applications were much closer to what I was looking for.
My biggest frustration, however, was communication. I often sent several specific questions and received very brief responses that did not answer each question. I also stopped receiving clear notifications when applications were submitted and repeatedly asked why. I was eventually told simply to check my email and the Careerify portal, which did not really answer the question.
I also encountered an apparent duplicate time charge for the same application, which the recruiter said would be reviewed.
The recruiter was generally polite, and I do believe there was some improvement after I repeatedly clarified my requirements. But I spent a great deal of time reviewing and correcting applications that I expected the recruiter service to screen before submitting.
For someone considering Careerify, I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing every application yourself and keeping records of your criteria, application activity, and recruiter time.

Rick, thank you for the detailed feedback. A few of your early applications didn't match what you were looking for, and we appreciate you flagging them. As you mentioned, once we refined your criteria together, the later applications lined up much more closely, and we've used your feedback to tighten how we screen roles from the start.
On your other two points: every application we submit is listed in your Careerify dashboard, so you can always see exactly what's gone out. And we reviewed the time entry you flagged. It was correct, not a duplicate charge.

I'm amazed and blown away. This is the service every job seeker has been asking for. My recruiter works for my best interest - not a company. They find jobs, they write cover letters, they apply. I'm busy with my current job, but I know I need to be ready to make a move soon and I simply don't have time to apply to jobs all day. This is the future of online job applications. Sign up.

Kat, thank you! Giving your time back while you're still working is exactly what we're here for. Best of luck with the next move. — Austin, Careerify
After being laid off, I signed up with Careerify right away, and it was the best move I made in my job search. Within two weeks I had two interviews, one of them from Indeed, and I had four within the first month. I’m now in my second month, being more selective about roles, and some companies run up to six interview rounds. Careerify handles the applications so I can focus on interview prep, which takes a lot of stress out of the process. I haven’t had to apply to a single job on my own. As well, the team is responsive, I'm working with real people. I have an Account Mgr (Arooj Luqman) on my account as well as a recruiter (Hafsa Nasir). They answer all my questions and I can update anything that I want at any time. I wanted to give a special thanks to them both. I highly recommend Careerify.

I've been working with Ethan Parker who's been my reverse recruiter for the past few weeks, and he's been a joy to work with. He is attentive, detail oriented and willing to help strategize with job search needs. Since working with him I've already gotten 2 interviews. This service is worth every penny. Thank you so much, Ethan!
Svar fra Careerify
Trent, thank you! Ethan will be glad to read this, and congratulations on the two interviews. — Austin, Careerify
Tried it for a month. At the moment, applications are still being reviewed. If I'm able to get an interview, I'm going to update this review. They're not to blame though. That is one hell of a job market.
Svar fra Careerify
Chad, thank you for the honest review, and for recognizing how tough this market is. If there's anything we can do in the meantime, email support@careerify.io and we'll help. — Austin, Careerify
I came to them completely hopeless, thinking, 'What could they possibly find that I couldn’t?' Well, I was wrong. I let them take the reins and off they went—finding opportunities on this site, that site, and so many relevant ones, too.
Eventually, we exhausted the immediate market offerings, but they didn't stop; they smoothly expanded the breadth to similar, worthwhile roles. After a month or so, the interview requests started rolling in, and BAM—landed a great job thanks to these guys. Highly recommend.
