Card quality does not seem as nice as last year's card. The writing on the inside of the card does not appear balanced.

The cards are beautiful and the turn around time is amazing.

I find the software to customize the cards wanting. I didn’t have the confidence with it and had to purchase their proofing services. When the cards arrived, one corner of all the cards were slightly dented. Most likely the recipients won’t notice or not care, however it was disappointing.
I run a business and changing services is not really on the top of my priority list. This is not a good reason for customer retention.

The cards were beautiful, the verse was perfect, and they arrived at our office within a week! The online selection and ordering process was simple and efficient. Loved the option of having their graphic designer look at my verse and layout before finalizing the order!

Order was simple to do. Time was set to be delivered, which it was. Cards we just as I ordered them. So no complaints. Have ordered them several years for our company and never had a problem !

deserving of a five-star rating...once again.
Their personnel are customer-centric, their discounts are sizable, their products are first class...regardless of
their purpose and design.

I love the thickness and the quality of the cards. The printing always looks great and it's easy to re-order my favorites ones.

I got my cards Not as request. I sent email for them to remedy situation, instead of ANYONE holding responsibility, I got an email back from a "CUSTOMER SERVICE" with NO Name. I replied to email Requesting the NAME who was supposed to be helping me and I've now waited over a week+ and still NO information or replies or anything. I give them thousands of dollars of business and nobody seems to give a "hoot" about it. If I don't hear from them pretty soon, I'll take my business elsewhere. All they have to do is DO What they're supposed to do. For instance, the CUSTOMER service's Reason for WHY the cards were printed differently was that In the time between my order and receiving the order, THEIR default printer settings changed/switched. Well, THAT is NOT my problem! All they had to do was INFORM me; but, nobody did. Like I said, doesn't seem like anyone like to accept responsibility. Okay, enough now...

In reply to your reply, I was NOT informed of the changes at all. For the Review part of it, I had already initially while putting the order REVIEWED and there was nothing to review and I DOUBLE checked and re-iterated to do the EXACT SAME Everything as these were NOT new designs, but, Extra cards were needed (of the SAME DESIGN). So, All they had to do is JUST DO IT! And they did NOT! In addition, there is NOT EVEN A COURTESY to Call or Email back! So the reply is nothing but an Insult on the Injury and has done NOTHING!

Cards and envelopes were perfect!

I was proactive on ordering Christmas cards so we won't get caught in the fall with a timeline. Cards and envelopes are great. Quality is spot on and shipping was efficient.
