This company did a lot for my arthritis to help my stiffness. I don’t I’m not as stiff as I used to be. I can go up and down the steps. I can walk more longer for a while without my cane or with my key. It’s the greatest experience I will recommend anyone for it thank you Xiamara can’t pronounce her name, but she’s been a very tremendous help. She’s also been patient with me and I just love her.

A Wellness Program That Really Works!
Jesse was very professional and encouraging from the moment I first spoke to her all the way through to the end of session 36. All 3 fitness trainers were encouraging and sometimes humorous. They included modifications for almost each and every movement. Jesse listened intently to my wants and needs and adjusted my fitness sessions accordingly. This program was a positive experience and I recommend joining to each and anyone I think could benefit.

Refunds are ignored
I agreed to try the program over the phone and on March 13th the $29 fee was debited from my card. I had called them back on that same day that I'd changed my mind and I had the UPS stop shipment of my starter kit so it was returned to them. I have requested a refund since that day and again on March 27th but still no refund. I messaged again today and if no refund comes in a week i will be reporting to the BBB.

Iam being stiffed $156.00 for equipment we returned after participating in your pulmonary class. Lousy customer service with numbers listed. I left messages and no return call. Must be nice to keep the money and your equipment we returned. I have tried several months contacting your company with no response. I will make sure our doctor and friends don’t use your company.

I wasn't quite sure about cardia health until I ordered it I was so happy I did Christian was so patient he set me up with the best exercise programs always challenging me a bit and that really made me feel so good it not only help me physically it helped me mentally it was the best experience for pulmonary rehab that I've had in quite some time I've been in pulmonary rehabs three different times I really enjoyed cardia the best I could do it at home on the days I wanted with a therapist that was great he kept an eye on me on my progress always encouraging me when you have a therapist like that you want to work the program I honestly could recommend this program to people that have pulmonary problems try it you'll love it it really helps with your breathing

Horrible aggressive behavior trying to make me accept their services
I received a package from Carda Health containing a Lenovo tablet, pulse oximeter and a blood pressure monitor. I cancel and was told to use the return label and bag inside the package to return it via FedEx. I drove 60 miles round trip to fedx location and they would not accept because the number was not valid. I called Carda and their representative kept insisting that I participate because
It’s covered by Medicare. I spoke to over 5 representatives telling them I did not want to nor have I authorized my participation in their program prior program. Today I received a call to setup my service. These people are very aggressive trying to force me to use
Their services.

Awesome results
I started CARDA health a few weeks ago. The people are very caring and the exercises are changed so you don’t get board with them. The exercises are tailored to your ability.
There is also exercises you can do on your own.
I can already tell a difference in my breathing.
I would recommend CARDA health to everyone.

The guy assigned to me on my journey was the best most simpathitic person and helped me and worked with me through my ups and downs of being sick , thanks Anthony for being a great person to work with . The workouts were great to help with health recovery.

This is the second time I have done…
This is the second time I have done this program. I have enjoyed working with Crystal and the online classes. The exercise has help build my body and breathing. I feel like I have gained strength and endurance. I have signed up for the additional program to continue building my body and breathing.
Crystal was great to work with and she assigned me great workouts that made me build my strength.

Staff and improvements
The staff, especially Jordan, were supportive, friendly and encouraging. When I was down, Jordan lifted me up, and when I did well, his enthusiasm lifted me higher. My blood pressure and oxygen levels have improved and stabilized. I always feel better after the sessions and enjoy the videos, even if I sometimes start dragging toward the end. .
