Ordered cards from them only for them to cancel it a few days later. Why even bother selling if your just gonna cancel peoples orders especially if they know the cards themselves are going up in popularity. I highly don’t recommend this shop.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Card Collective. I used them mainly on TikTok and they always delivered the goods and at good prices. They had an issue with 151c but communicated the whole time, with regular updates. Things go wrong in business but these guys handled it so well. Product came well packaged and all in all happy experience. Cut people slack people, not all companies are Amazon with massive teams.

Despite issues with stock and delays the product came soon as it could, they were responsive in the process and good price! Didn't charge anything extra during the delay as the product spiked elsewhere.

There was a delay with 151 Surprise, but they bent over backwards to honor the order and price.

Sometimes unforeseen things happen, but the mark of a good company is keeping your customers happy no matter what, and they def made every effort to do this.

Can’t beat the guys at Card Collective, nothing but the best service and very reasonable prices. I have bought several times from their online shop and all delivered on time with no problems. Great to be part of their community who are all welcoming and a varied mix of different collectors. Nothing but great vibes and Pokémon!

Great delivery of product no damage to parcel contents of high quality

Started well... Communication was amazing when I first stated talking to them stating I wanted to potentially keep buying bulk boxes from them, fast replies and great service. Then I spent 1.5k on boxes, all came without minimal protection and boxes not even bubble wrapped which surprised me. 1 box missing. Multiple boxes damaged, luckily kept most of them but a couple I decided to send back. Took over 8 weeks to sort out a return, 4 weeks of them having my return and then the customer service went extremely downhill. I had to chase all the time for replies, I was getting no updates unless I chased and even when I did, at times waited multiple days for a reply. Got told 3 times my return would be shipped, every single time it got to the day, it then got extended when I asked 'Please provide tracking'. They never actually told me until I chased on the day.. Final time I got told 'boxes came damaged, we will not have the stock'... Yet still selling 2 of the boxes on their shop (Could see the stock count from Tiktok affiliate). Whilst they stated that their was further delay due to me saying an incorrect box, I confirmed all the correct boxes before shipping and even sent it as a picture in our chat, so their should not of been any confusion. In the end I had to ask for different boxes (Totaling £40 less in value) whilst they did give 2 free packs, it still did not even make up the difference of the value. I do not like leaving 1 star reviews as this did get sorted eventually, but 3 stars seems reasonable based on my experience, a return should not take 8 weeks from initial contact. Ben was the only one that seemed to provide actual help on sorting this, so 5* for Ben.

Great attentive and respectful service and what all pokemon retails should aspire to be.
Their honesty around supply issues with a popular set has been refreshing. I fully expected them to cancel the order but they came through and honoured at the initial RRP, of course there was a delay but that is not on them.

Card Collective are a rare sight in the rip and ship / pokemon sales world. They are very down to earth and strive to provide the best possible service to their customers. I have ordered numerous times with them, I've had a shipping issue before as well but I've never had a bad experience with them. They have always strived to provide me with the best experience for me as a customer. They have a huge variety of stock and offer really competitive prices for the average collector or more.

I can safely say this is the best possible place to purchase Pokemon cards, they are reliable, kind hearted and truly care about your experience as a customer but more importantly a Pokemon collector!

I've been shopping with Card Collective UK for a few months now, and each order has been well priced, with an excellent range of available products - especially in Japanese and Simplified Chinese, with super-fast delivery and great communication.

I've ordered Metal Deck Boxes, Mega Symphonia, Energy ETBs (Chinese), Charizard and Gardevoir ETBs (Chinese), Terastal and Reward Round Chinese booster boxes, Shiny Treasure Japanese booster boxes, Eeveelution deck box, play mat and dice tray and definitely more I am forgetting - the point I am making is I am a repeat customer who keeps going back BECAUSE the service is so good, and the products are brilliant.

Jas pulled me the Gardevoir SAR on stream, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the card with insured special delivery, and fantastic packaging. Peach also goes that extra step by including little freebie stickers and "cute packs" with the orders from streams too where people ask - a lovely bonus that always puts a smile on my face (I love my Espeon sticker thank you!)

I did also order a 151C Surprise Jumbo Box, and appreciate that some people are frustrated at the wait. I get it, I am waiting for mine too! But Jas and co have been so upfront with us with several e-mails full of details of what has happened and why the delay is in place, taking responsibility and locking in the price that we paid despite it now costing them more, and even giving out a freebie pack as way of apology - they didn't have to do any of this and could've just refunded us all when they had stock issues - which was also offered to everyone!

All in all, CCUK is my go-to for product, and I'm delighted to have found them. 100/10.

Love what these guys are doing! Not only are their prices the best I’ve seen, the host on their lives is an absolute gem of a human being… really makes you feel welcome, and it’s such a nice place to hang out even if you’re not buying (W community!).
When I do order, everything comes as expected and beyond. Their attention to detail when it comes to packaging and protecting the purchases I’ve made is brilliant and hasn’t gone unnoticed. (Very big deal to me!)

Order arrived very quickly. Very well packaged too in bubble sealers and a cardboard box with quite a bit of protective brown paper. Company were very quick to reply when I had an issue receiving a card and rectified it straight away.

Card Collective is more than just a shop. It is a community and a safe space, especially for new collectors. When I first bought from Jas and Peach, I let them know that I was just starting to collect again. They were full of fantastic advice and were so brilliant at getting my collection started again through their advice and kindness/generosity. I'd done a lot of scrolling through rip and ship streams, and card collective seemed the most welcoming both with Jas and Peach but also their regular customers who were chatting away. The prices were also the best I'd seen. Shipping has always been quick and cards well protected, with special shipping if sending very valuable cards. Their knowledge and enthusiasm for pokemon is obvious from the get go. I'm so glad to have choosen card collective to buy from. 100% recommend!!
