Very expensive
Very expensive, the other charges like wastage, making charges or whatever were more than £300. The bill doesn't explain how much the charge is. I recommend not buying from them due to the high charges

Unfortunately, a price adjustment was not feasible as your communication occurred after the order's completion and did not align with our standard resizing procedures. This policy mandates that customers initiate contact prior to order placement for any resizing requests. This is essential as it allows us to verify if we can accommodate your request and to make any necessary pricing adjustments. However, given that your request was made post-purchase, our team was only able to offer the return of the removed gold piece.
Upon receipt of your order, you subsequently requested a reimbursement for the worth of the gold piece removed during the resizing process. Our team endeavor to clarify this misunderstanding by explaining that a refund is not possible, given that the removed components were returned to you. When we undertake an item resizing, we customarily include a documentation with the order detailing the item's weight both prior to and following the resizing, along with the weight of the gold that was extracted. This measure is implemented to assure customers that the weight for which they have paid is indeed what is returned to them subsequent to the resizing. This documentation was provided with your order and was further explained by our team. As you had anticipated a refund for the value of the removed gold piece in addition to its physical return, and following our team's clarification that both cannot be accommodated, you elected to submit a negative review pertaining to our pricing.
We apologies for our team's inability to meet your request and any disappointment you may have experienced during your transaction with us. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority, and we work diligently to address concerns in a timely and fair manner. A bit disappointing
The bangle arrived on time but there was no hallmarking contrary to what was suggested online. It did have the 22k laser stamp on. I was a bit disappointed with this and then had to make extra effort to go around and check the authenticity of the gold itself.
