I was so impressed I made a second purchase for my son’s bike. I was very impressed with the quality and finish of titanium bolts in the rainbow finish. Nice looking hex bolts in the rainbow ti, they look great on the stem of the ti bike. I would highly recommend this company.

Very disappointing to receive a 1 star rating before attempting to reach out to us. We value our customer service and resolve any issues urgently.
Your order was sent Royal Mail first class on Wednesday, so should have been there yesterday/today but we are seeing slower delivery due to the holiday period.

reliable service, unfortunately the studs are not quite what I was looking for. My stem clamps accept a domed washer and not a flat washer. The image of the stud was not quite clear regarding the washer. a flat washer may do damage to my carbon clamp.

Hi Roy, we are not sure how you thought you were buying 12 bolts as you selected and paid for 2. Our listing doesn’t state we sell in a pack of 12.
We pride our business on our high customer satisfaction and high rating on Trustpilot, It’s disappointing you gave us a low rating before reaching out to us. We would have resolved your issue very quickly.
You can of course return your two bolts for a full refund if required.
