Purchased an acupuncture pen 2 october but nothing received to date. The money was removed from my account the same day and I have emailed - getting nowhere. Scammed again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would give no stars if I could, I ordered some tattoo removal cream in October and have not received tried to email but my email wont send ,it says that it doesn't exist so it's a scam
Ordered a acu pen also ... but same as others have experienced ... not communication and feel I am unlikely to receive my pen . Worse thing is that they have my bank details ??
Will never order from these people again due to the silence treatment you get - in the hope you will just die !
I placed an order on 6 Oct and received an email saying my item had been dispatched but I have still not received it. I cannot get hold of anyone from the company - my email didn't get through to them and there is no phone number to contact them. The company seems have closed down. Very poor - either send me my item or send me a refund!

Placed an order on the 9/10/19. Gad an email saying the order was dispatched but it is yet to arrive. Now the website appears closed and no way of contacting this company. This is a scam don’t use
Placed an order on the 6th October 2019, received an email saying the order was being dispensed, a few days later another email to say the order would be a few more days. Tried to contact them, but was unable to do so.
Product took weeks to arrive. Now finally here is missing the gel your supposed to use with it & nothing in info that tells you what to buy! So as yet I’ve not put it to the test. This company CAN NOT BE CONTACTED❗️ Not in line or on fb? Not amused in fact this is the final straw of buying on line for me. No matter how inconvenient I am not going to do this. At the moment I have over £200 due to me for returns & failed delivery. The web can’t be trusted & this company is a perfect example❗️You think, that looks good & purchase & then it’s a lottery. Do you get what you’ve ordered or not🤬 I’ve tried everything to contact Capitashop.com. Not available 😡
