Zero help in fixing order issue, out of country
Ordered a hoodie and noticed as soon as I clicked the order button I had the incorrect size in there. Emailed them directly within minutes after finding the correct email for them. Most of them bounced back as undeliverable. Got an automatic reply stating they will respond within 24 hours. Never heard anything for closer to 30 hours and said there is nothing they can do. Also it looked online like it was going to be coming out of the USA, noticed on my card it was charged in Hong Kong. Definitely don’t purchase from this company.

Absolutely aweful experience
Absolutely aweful experience. It took over 1 month to get my order, which was incorrect. Then it took over 2 months to get a reply from customer service, which was in Chinese. They said they needed detailed photos of the packaging before they could help, which we had already disposed of since it had been 2 months. Save yourself some time and money and order from somewhere else.
Missing jumper
I ordered a jumper in December, got an email to say it was with Evri on 18th December, I still haven't had delivery of my jumper.
I understand that is not the fault of Canvasgift co but their customer service is shocking, they just ignore emails, when they eventually respond they have sent me an email twice saying I need to take a picture of the item I want to return.
It seems these cowboys are happy to take our money but aren't to keen on giving it us back when they have failed to provide the service I have paid for

I ordered an item from canvasgiftco in the beginning of December. They said it would be delivered before Christmas. It still hasn’t arrived. Says it’s been out for delivery since 18th December.
When I’ve tried to contact the company, they said I should check the courier’s website which I told them I already have. They offered a discount code but I’d never use this company again!!! I’m £40 down now with nothing to show for. Do not use this company!

Hello. The order I received is different from what I was expecting. I ordered a black sweatshirt with light blue embroidery and a gray sweatshirt with red embroidery. The creative icon was in black embroidery on both sweatshirts. Since there wasn’t a choice to choose the color of the creative icon embroidery the assumption would be made that all the embroidery would be the same thread color. The black thread on the black shirt is not very visible and the black with the red thread doesn’t appeal to the taste of the person the gift was for as her favorite color is red. I was really pleased with finding these sweatshirts as gifts for Christmas and would really hope this issue could be corrected. I hate to complain and just to be sure I even went back to check the original Facebook video that I first seen the sweatshirts on to see if anything showed the names and creative icon in different colored thread but all thread on each shirt was in the same color. Please get back to me.

I ordered 2 Mom sweatshirts before Christmas. Was unaware they were coming from overseas. I received only one shirt in the package even though it indicated that both were shipped together. I feel, based on reading other reviews, that we are being scammed by this company -- on purpose. Customer service is a joke! Wanted pictures of the package, items in it, bar does and packaging. Told them that it was given as a gift and I had none of that. No further reply.

Awful company and clearly fraudulent
Awful company and clearly fraudulent. Took payment and advertised delivery within a particular time. After two weeks I chased and they eventually told me it had been shipped. In fact the tracking said it was ready to be shipped, but it hadn’t been sent yet. After multiple chasing emails and asking for my money back they stopped responding and after further month the item was still showing as ready to be shipped, not shipped. I got in touch with my card company who were fantastic and credited my account. I’ve been told I will be charged if the company respond to them, I’m not sure if this has happened yet but within a day they changed the status to shipped again - it hasn’t been but two days later it appears that they are sending something. Actually sent in Xmas eve from china and they knew through my repeated emails that I needed it as a Xmas present. Very dodgy company, please avoid at all costs. Companies like this should be closed down.
I ordered 3 mom sweatshirts
I ordered 3 mom sweatshirts, one for each of my daughters, on November 30 2025. I received a package on December 17 2025 that had 1 shirt but the tracking said all 3 shirts were delivered. I have sent several emails on the contact us link and each time I get the automated reply that someone would contact me within 48 hours. It has been 5 days and still no response. I will be contacting my credit union and let them handle this fraud and get my refund since this company could care less about their customers. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
Poor customer service - or actually none.
My son ordered a gift for my mother for Christmas on 12/9 and still has yet to receive a confirmation that his order was received or shipped. The money came out of his account. He has sent several emails asking about the status of his order and has received no response. He just wants to know if it was received and when it will be shipped. We will be filing a dispute with his bank to get his money back.
UPDATE received the items. But no confirmation or replies from company so it was frustrating waiting not knowing if or when it would be received

Terrible delivery services
Ordered a gift on 11/18. Says “out for delivery” for multiple days but has been in the same spot for weeks. Package has not been handed over to any US delivery services, I checked ALL of them. I want my money back or my order by Monday!! After reading reviews I wish I would have done this first!!
