Don't do it. Read the reviews everyone has the same problem. Customer service will waste your time till the order is sent!!! I wont ever order from them again.

I messaged them straight after ordering with a request to cancel the order unless a discount can be applied. They only messaged once a day requesting more details (even though they had the email address for the order) and the details were given to them within an hour and a half of receiving their emails. They delay you until the order is sent to tell you that they couldnt apply anything but now the order is sent there is nothing they can do. They are useless. Purposefully delaying so they can send you the item. They wont help. Just dont open yourself up to that.

Great value for a small gift

The colors do not look the same as they do online. Further, the image appears blurry when you're not standing 5 feet away. Not happy with this purchase.

Haven’t received my order yet but already disgusted with the lack of customer service!!!
I ordered a printed cushion for my sister’s birthday.
Order placed Monday night at 9pm, next morning at 6.58 I emailed to ask if they could send direct to her as I might not be able to get it to her in time for her birthday. Automatic reply, your request is being reviewed by our support staff. Later the same day I get a notification to say your order is on its way. I emailed twice more and telephoned to be told she will pass message on. I had a tracking number but it told me not available for tracking yet. Finally, I get a response on Thursday…….3 days after ordering to be told too late it’s been dispatched!!!! Considering it wasn’t actually dispatched until 3 days later they had ample time to change the delivery address but just couldn’t be bothered to. I doubt if anybody actually bothered to read my email request. Tried several more times to ring but just get recorded message saying leave a message but then states can’t leave message as mailbox is full.
Don’t buy from this company they are only interested in getting your money, they are not at all customer focused.

Steer Clear of this Company. No reply to E mails and do not answer the phone or allow you to leave a message. Its all well and good having a glossy Web Site but Customer service is shocking

Put 2 items in my basket then sent a question regarding size and orientation of the prints. Email answered saying they would reply to my mail within 48hrs. They didn't so I ordered elsewhere and items are on there way with emails keeping me informed. Won't use canvas art again as there are plenty of others out there who appreciate your orders.

I placed an order on December 13th to be delivered before Christmas. It’s now the 26th and I have not received my order even though I paid for shipping. Regardless of what they say, only order from this place if you can wait a while for your items.

placed 2 orders for Christmas presents, one in plenty of time and the other on the Wednesday before Christmas (Monday), they hadn't been dispatched on the Thursday so I emailed them offering to pay for next day delivery but they came back and and said they would send them both on next day free of charge. I now have my order in time for Christmas. Big thanks to the staff for getting that sorted.

I placed an order on 7th Dec it’s now 19th Dec and the only email I have had was to say they received the order - turn around is supposed to be 2/3 days and delivery the same - Has it been shipped /gone missing or have they just taken the money ? I don’t know - I have sent several emails and received one back from Aimee and Tiffany saying they were sorry and would look into it ? They promised me an update later that day but I never received that either. I have now asked for a refund so we’ll see how that goes!
It’s bad enough not receiving what you have paid for and worse when there is no communication either
They were still offering next day delivery and pre Xmas delivery on Saturday how likely is that going to happen ?
it’s a shame as they are offering unique products they are just not capable of actually delivering them :(
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I have ordered from this company before and usually do not have an issue but I recently received an order that kept saying in an email that it was confirmed never once told me when to expect the package or when it was delivered obviously I am satisfied I received my package but because I did not receive an email stating that it was delivered my mail carrier was not able to deliver another package I was waiting for due to no room in the mailbox because I did not get a notification/email.

I placed my order on 20/11. 12 days later I don’t know the estimated date of delivery except for the fact that the package has left UK..

Received order in good time, however that is the only good thing about my order, the prints are poor quality, tried to get in touch with customer service but to no avail, also no answer to telephone calls even though I left numerous messages, no return label with order so looks like I’m stuck with two poor quality prints, please don’t buy anything from this company.

Easy to use website with plenty of choice. Reasonable prices. Prompt delivery of well packaged items.

No parcel arrived no way off contacting them the phone number on site does not work
For me this is a scam page do not buy just report the scammers
They just stole 160 off me so avoid at all costs

Had an issue with an order and it was sorted super quick A+

I love the Banksy calendars and get one every year....no free poster as advertised with this years calendar though.
