Terrible - never got my goods

I never ( at least so far) received my order - a large canvas for £102 - I emailed them - no response - called them several times - on hold for 30 mins gave up.

Do not buy from this supplier. I'm still trying to get hold of them ....nothing...tumbleweed - refund or my goods please

AVOID COMPANY

If there was a zero star rating, I’d of given it. Terrible customer service, they just don’t respond, despite ordering and paying weeks ago no sign of my canvases and no refund of my money, I’ve had to raise as fraud with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Brilliant service

This was my first time buying from Canvas Store, but I fully intend to use it regularly. Great range of products and decent pricing & when I spoke to customer services because my order was quite complex and very urgent, they couldn’t have been more helpful and polite and they delivered on their promises! Thanks Hedi (?)

Item not delivered and no response from the company!

Order canvas and got notified that item was dispatched on the 20th March but no further tracking information provided and still no delivery! Tried calling just rings for ages and have tried emailing and via the website and no reply. Will be raising a dispute via my bank for a refund!

Incomplete...

I'm still waiting for half of my order to be delivered, and communication has been poor.
Hopeful this will eventually be resolved though....

Abysmal notification about delivery

The "shop" app told me that my goods were ready to be shipped. I received no further information, no delivery date, no tracking number, and I don’t know the courier. By luck I was in to receive the goods. I reported this lack of information but I received no advice on what to do.

Failed to deliver the order,have failed…

Failed to deliver the order,have failed to return calls and reply to e-mails.however on the good side a refund was dealt with within 24hours.

6 pk of canvases

6 pk of canvases. Absolutely no communication regarding this item despite & 11 days late. 20 min on hold & no one answering in the end. 2 emails sent with yet no reply to either. Item arrived the next day having been sent the day day of my emails. No reply, no apology & no telephone reply. What a way to run a company. Having been a customer in the past, would I use them again...NO!. Would I recommend...NO!.

Poor customer Support

The Seawhite canvases are not primed properly. I had to painting certain areas twice. I contacted Canvas Store on two occasions and was never heard back from them.
