I pulled into Canterbury Motoring World on a whim as I had a rattling noise from under the car and had to drive to Heathrow the following day. Even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment, they put my car on the ramp whilst I waited to ensure it was still safe to drive. They confirmed the rattle was safe until they could book her in but they also found a huge bulge on the inside of the front passenger side tyre which was not safe to drive. They arranged a new tyre with another garage to be done straight away and we made it safely to the airport the next day. I can't thank them enough, so professional.

We found the car we liked through an Auto trader link. The description of the the car was very accurate and I was not disappointed when I visited CMW. Jamie the salesman allowed me time to look around the car start it up and I his words have a play. After going for a test drive and decided to buy the car, going through the paperwork and customer service was 5 star

On the whole I am very happy with my purchased vehicle, however I amsome what surprised that you did not pick up that there is an outstanding recall on this car which would infer that you did not carry out all necessary checks prior to sale. It is also illegal for a licenced motor dealer to sell a vehicle carrying an outstanding recall. I do not know what the recall issue is or when it was issued but I wiil be making arrangements to get it sorted at some point which is not only inconvenient but also time consuming
Apart from this I would be happy to give you a 5 star rating.
