Dear Sir/Madam,

ORDER #1306

NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS OR PICKING UP THE PHONE !

I am writing to complain about the machine I have received, as I am extremely unhappy with its condition and overall quality.

The machine looks to be of very poor quality and, more concerningly, there was already water inside the container when I received it. This gives the impression that the machine may have been previously used rather than being supplied as new.

I expected the machine to arrive in brand-new, clean and excellent condition, ready for use. Unfortunately, the condition it has arrived in is not acceptable and does not meet my expectations.

Please could you explain why there was water already inside the machine and confirm whether this machine has previously been used. I would also like you to advise what you are going to do to resolve this matter.

SCAM - MISLEADING UK CUSTOMERS!!

You could likely get this from them off AliExpress for cheaper!

I almost ordered from them but checked trustpilot first and found all this out! I feel it is very dishonest!

They are a LTD in the UK but under a CHINESE REP! The company is a umbrella for their Chinese company! So the fact remains that they are based in China and have set up a LTD in the UK to make it seem that they are based here! Check their other trustpilot account under 'Canta Esthetic' and you will see the company is based in Hong Kong NOT UK!

The UK LTD has just been set up to mislead UK customers into believing the items are UK and they are UK based!!

So many red flags about this company! AVOID!

How is my review fake?! You are not a UK company and are therefore misleading customers! You have 2 trustpilots - a .com and a .co.uk! It says you are based in Hong Kong on the other account!!

The 4 handles can be used for multiple areas simultaneously. The Flat Handles are suitable for the abdomen, back, waist and hips, while the Curved Handles are suitable for the legs and arms. The experience is very good and the operation is also very convenient.

I had a great experience with Canta! And I haven’t felt that in a while
I will definitely recommend friends and family

Very detailed customer service,product is easy to use and effective.The laser hair removal and hydro facials is a blast has helped tackled hair growth in unwanted parts of body and helped face looks smoother and more appealing.

I had a good experience with Canta Esthetic UK LTD. Customer service was helpful and responsive, and delivery was on time with good packaging. The training support was useful, but I feel the product didn’t fully match the performance expectations. Overall, decent service, but worth doing careful research before buying.

I am giving a 5 star review to this product because i am really surprised and amazed with the outcome . My interaction with the Canta Aesthetic was fantastic, they communicated well and provided me with useful information. The product is a great tool for my body , so I am glad I got it. It's really simple to usr and I can see results in my targeted areas.I am pleased with my results so far and I look Forward to see what happens as i continues to use it. Impressed and satisfied. Highly recommended.
