Amazing to Work With!
**Title:** Amazing to Work With — Highly Recommended
It was an absolute pleasure working with Virginie on a large event we produced during the Cannes Film Festival. She was spectacular to work with, professional, responsive, reliable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went extremely well, and I would work with her again anytime. I highly recommend Virginie to anyone looking for someone they can trust to help make an important event a success.

Hi Tony! Thank you so much for these words — Virginie will be delighted to read them.
Producing a large-scale event during the Cannes Film Festival® is one of the most demanding formats we handle: venues are booked far in advance, access around the Palais des Festivals is tightly controlled, and every timing has to be anticipated. Being reliable and responsive under that pressure is exactly what our clients expect from us.
It was a real pleasure working with you, and we would be very happy to support your next corporate event in Cannes.

Working with Cannes Exhibitions
Working with Cannes Exhibitions during Cannes Lions was an exceptional experience. We entrusted them with the organization of a prestigious gala evening and press conference on a beach just steps away from the Palais des Festivals, and they delivered flawlessly.
From the initial planning to the final details, everything was managed with great professionalism and attention to detail. The setting and décor were beautifully executed, the security arrangements were seamless, and the entire welcoming team was courteous, responsive, and highly professional.
Their ability to combine impeccable organization with a truly personalized approach made the whole event feel effortless on our side. A highly reliable and professional partner for any high-end event in Cannes. We would be delighted to work with them again!

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback.
Organising a corporate gala dinner and a press conference on a private beach venue near the Palais des Festivals, during Cannes Lions®, means coordinating catering, décor, sound and lighting, hostesses and security within a very tight window. We are pleased that the planning, the setting and the on-site team all met your standards.
After 20 years dedicated exclusively to congresses, trade shows and festivals in Cannes, this is precisely the level of service we work to deliver. We would be very happy to welcome you back for a future event.

Thank you for this review. Delivering a gala evening and a press conference on a beachfront venue during a week as dense as Cannes Lions® demands precision at every stage — and your trust made that work possible.
We were glad to handle the full scope for you, from decoration and technical set-up to security and welcome staff. Our teams will be pleased to work alongside you again on your next project in Cannes.

We hired Cannes Exhibitions to organize a high-profile evening gala and press conference on a beach right next to the Palais des Festivals during Cannes Lions, and they were simply outstanding.

The decoration was stunning, the security team was discreet yet efficient, and the welcoming staff were polite, attentive, and extremely professional.

Thank you very much for this review — it means a great deal to our team.
Organising a high-profile gala dinner and a press conference on a private beach next to the Palais des Festivals during Cannes Lions® is one of the most demanding formats there is: a single afternoon to build the set, a strict timeline between the press conference and the evening reception, and zero tolerance for error once guests arrive.
We are particularly pleased that you highlighted the decoration, the discretion of the security team and the professionalism of the welcome staff — these are the details that turn a corporate event in Cannes into a memorable one, and they are where our twenty years of experience in the Cannes congress and festival ecosystem really pay off.
It was a pleasure to be your partner on this project. Our teams remain at your disposal for your future events in Cannes, whether on a beachfront venue, in a villa, on board a yacht or inside the Palais des Festivals.

We worked with Cannes Exhibitions
We worked with Cannes Exhibitions, an independent event agency in Cannes, for our gala dinner during MIPIM®️. We needed a turnkey partner: they sourced a private beach venue on the Croisette, handled catering, staging and on-site coordination from start to finish. Their 20 years of local experience around the Palais des Festivals really showed. If you're an exhibitor looking for a reliable event agency in Cannes, look no further.

Thank you for taking the time to share this.
Gala dinners during a congress week leave no margin for error. Sourcing the right private beach venue on the Croisette, coordinating catering, staging, sound and lighting, and running the operation on site from setup to breakdown — it all has to happen inside a very narrow window. Two decades of working around the Palais des Festivals de Cannes is what allows us to commit to a turnkey delivery and hold to it.
Cannes Exhibitions is an independent event agency in Cannes, with no affiliation to MIPIM® or to any congress organiser. We produce corporate events during the shows and festivals held at the Palais des Festivals: gala dinners, cocktails, press conferences, product launches and VIP evenings, staged on private beaches, in reception venues, villas, or inside the Palais.
It was a pleasure working with your team. We hope to do it again next edition.
