We had actually been in contact with Todd Canham many years ago when we were looking to purchase a property in Lanzarote. We recently sold our villa on Las Buganvillas through Todd Canham and Canham Real Estate, and the service from start to finish was exceptional.

The marketing of our villa was first class. The professional photography, cinematic video, floor plans and advertising across the major European property portals presented the property brilliantly and gave it excellent exposure.

One thing we particularly appreciated was Todd’s honest approach to pricing. He recommended a realistic asking price based on the current market rather than inflating the valuation simply to win our business, as unfortunately some agencies do, resulting in properties sitting on the market for 12 months or longer. Before putting our property in Playa Blanca on the market, Canham Real Estate had been recommended to us by several local people. What really stood out was that even people who hadn't bought through Todd & Canham Real Estate previously said that, having seen how he works and the results he achieves, they would use him in the future.
