Better delivery is needed
My items were not actually delivered and were sent to a post office quite far from me which is annoying as I will now have to spend more money to get it, Disappointed with the delivery. Will come back and leave a review once I get the items

Hey, Sorry there was an issue with the courier, Its a little unfair to give us a 1 star review due to anpost making a balls up , I only received the email form you today the same time you put up the review. Had you called me or gave me a chance to fix this I would of sent out a new item and claimed from anpost. Hope you like the items tho.

Not entirely true is it Vincent! You had 5 orders from us over the last 12 months with no issues so to say this is a scam is an absolute lie?
There was an issue with the last order k admit and we were looking into why 2 bottles are missing and will issue a refund.
To say we scammed you is a lie and you should be ashamed. Refund issue for the 2 missing bottles.
Great prices, swift delivery packaged safely
I got 4 prime hydrations shipped halfway around the world from Dublin to Saskatchewan. Great price, swift delivery and the packaged great. The bottles showed up better than perfect

Dear Candy Cave. I paid 90€ for two packages - I bought two large ones. They are a gift for my sons. Maybe there are smaller than I expected, but I admit that I do not know the prices of sweets, but the products are nice and varied - we will discover whether they are tasty. I highly recommend.

However, I’m concerned to hear that the contents of the €45 box didn’t meet your expectations. Each box is carefully packed to include multiple items with a value exceeding the price paid. It’s possible that there was a mix-up during packing, and I’d like to investigate this further to ensure you received the correct products.

You failed to tell the full story!
You ordered 2 primes and then decided you wanted to change one to Barcelona, Barcelona was not released yet and you had been waiting already.
I sent you the bottles you ordered plus a free prime X pink as a freebie.
You then demanded I send you a Barcelona to Canada from Ireland at my own cost!
You posted scammer emails on websites!
What exactly did you want refunded ?!

I said to you send the bottles back and il give you a refund.
I had to block you on socials because you were incessantly messaging and at the point you said you were involving “law enforcement” I new I was dealing with someone I was never going to get any sense out of.

20 days in and my order hasn't dispatched, only ordered 1 thing so it's not like there's a massive order to do, it's been a great let down. Was hoping it was a genuine site 😕 will update if my order arrives. Can't be that genuine or you wouldn't have forgotten my order 🤷🏼♀️ will use candlyland instead.

Hey Rachel, I am sad to see this review as you have never tried to contact us by email or phone regarding the order - We did have an issue with customs bringing a large order of items which delayed some orders, We thought we had managed to get them all out and we must of missed yours. A simple email would of resolved this instead of a 1 star review.
I have refunded the order just now.
We are a genuine site with over 100k visitors per month from all around the world , I am sorry for the mix up and a refund has been issued,

Good customer service.
My order took a while because of supply problems but they replied to my e.mails straight away when enquiring about my order. They also posted a couple of news letters explaining about reasons for the delays. Can't say fairer than that.

Item not yet received or sent out by Candy Cave. No response to emails or through the “contact us” page online, or Facebook messenger. Seems every other online retailer has this PRIME “In Hand / Ready to Ship” - I have no idea when to expect my order or when it’s finally been despatched. Payment has already been debited from my account since early July as bottles were a “Pre-Order”. Please send out or refund my order.

Hey David,
I tried looking for your order and do not have a David cox on the system did you use another name?
The reason you have not received the order yet is that we have not received the Lakers prime yet and won’t until Friday this week.
It is plastered all over the website that we would not have this in stock until mid September.
Irrespective of other retailers having this in stock , we are based in Ireland and have to ship the items from USA on release by sea so it takes a little longer for us to get them.
Sorry for the delay.
We have an automatic response on the emails about pre sales otherwise we spend our days answering questions from people that don’t read the release dates on the pre sales rather than packing orders.
Your bottle will be posted this week.

Great quality sweets and Drinks sold here at Candycave.
I bought a pack of Dweebs Cherry and Apple flavour sweets which were great but I got sent the wrong can of Coca cola I wanted the Cherry and Vanilla one but got sent the Vanilla one I know it was an easy mistake but it was a little annoying not getting what I wanted.
