Absolutely love this brand!!! I have two catsuits from them and they’re absolutely stunning…they shipped on time and came in these cute reusable reflective bags, everything fit amazing (I do recommend sizing up if you’re in between sizes since their stuff is more form fitting) and I got sooo many compliments when wearing out!! Would definitely shop again

I have had no problems with the quality of the products or the customer service. My item arrived with a small defect. I emailed them and they were very responsive, solved my problem, and even gave me a partial refund and discount for my next purchase.

The bodysuits are nice quality and comfortable to wear. I've gotten so many compliments when I wear them. Will definitely shop with them again.

It was my first time ordering from this company and when I received my order it arrived in an opened plastic bag. I wish I could share a photo here to demonstrate. It had already been ripped at the side and opened. The bag had no logo, no card inside just the bodysuit and the suit smells like an ashtray/cigars... I asked my partner to smell it because his sense of smell is not as strong as mine and even he said it reeks of cigars!

When I contacted the store they told me the ink dye is what makes the suit that way and to simply wash it. Fine.

But I asked them again why it arrived in a half open bag with no logo or indication of their company. I asked them if it's usually to sent the package in a silver plastic bag that has already been opened and instead of answering my question they sent me the return instructions.

No personalisation, no explanation, just an automated response on shipping return. As a first time customer it doesn't make me have trust in this company. I won't be ordering from them again.

I really just wanted to understand what happened and perhaps receive a replacement.

The bodysuit is alright but I'll have to wash it to get the smell out. I've purchased better fitting better quality suits elsewhere for the same price like devil walking and badinka.

the buying expirience was not pleasent, after going to check out there are many more add ons to pay - like import taxes (all inside the european union, they ship from Bulgaria - so they just take it to themsevles) and high delivery fees. addressing their customer services just recieved unfriendly response

the bodysuits, while still looks and feels good, does not look like the one in the photo, they photoshoped or edited the lights - so what looks as shiny in the website is actually white. so the black shiny body suits are actually with a lot of white staps on them.
Its not horrible but I did feel they misled.
The delivery itself was fast, I had to wait just a couple of days.

there is another site (devilwalking) that sells similar stuff (also from bulgaria, maybe even same manufacturer) but are a lot nicer to communicate + honest and the products feels really good

I’ve bought two outfits so far from candycatz. Both showed up quickly and in great condition. Will definitely be buying more outfits from them for future shows/festivals

This is the third costume I have ordered from CandyCatz and, as always, I am absolutely delighted. It fits like a glove and is very comfortable to wear. The fabric feels so good that my husband doesn't want to let go of me :-)

Do not shop at this store—they’re not transparent with their policies! They advertise a “Buy One, Get One Free” promotion, but it’s a trap. I purchased a Halloween costume right before the holiday, and when I tried it on, it was too small. I wanted to return it and get the right size, but I was informed that items purchased under this promotion are considered final sale, which they do not disclose during the purchase process.

If you run into any issues, you’re only eligible for store credit—and you have to cover the return shipping fees! In my case, since it was so close to Halloween, I didn’t have enough time to process the return, get store credit, and order a new size. As a result, I was left without a costume and out of money. After a long back-and-forth with their customer service, they refused to make an exception or refund me.

If you’re unsure about sizing or planning to use a discount code, beware—this store’s policies can leave you with no options and no refund. Avoid them!

Do not order from here. their return policy is horrible. They say you can return, but they the return address is in HUNGARIA, in another country. It costs more to return the item than the item itself.

Great experience with Candycatz, they were easy to get in contact with, knew their product well and arrived on time. The products itself were of high quality and met my expectations.

If I could give this company less then 1 star I would. I ordered my costume the beginning of October for EDC. I never got an email saying confirmed or shipping or fulfilled. How ever the charge was taken from them on my card

After 2 1-2 weeks k grew nervous I wasn’t getting it in time, and I still had absolutely no communication via email on my outfit. I checked the website and created an account and the only information available was order status unfulfilled. I checked a few more days and still no update via email and website still read unfulfilled

I utilized the contact us method on their website. A few days passed and no response. Out of no where my package showed up. I did not want this outfit as I had decided to purchase elsewhere and received those items already. I disputed the charge with my bank due to no communication and no knowledge of if item was coming or not.

When I got the item I immediately them again and they finally responded that they could give me a store credit. When I asked why they said it could be worn or damaged. I never even wore the outfit or tried it on. They basically stole $141 from me. I’m returning via shipping today but I never wore it, this company is awful and does not take accountability for them selves and their communication is absolutely awful.

Do not order from here they will lack communication, you won’t know when your order is coming, there’s no confirmation of orders, and they will make you pay to ship it back for their mistakes.

I do not recommend at all! I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and it STILL has not shipped despite all the website assurances of how quick they are. I have contacted them twice and both emails have gone unanswered (and no, nothing is in my junk folder as they have suggested for someone else to look there). The outfits are not cheap and my event came and went already. I wish I had read legitimate reviews instead of what I assume are farmed reviews on their site and Etsy because there is no way that many people are satisfied with their purchases from them. And now even if my outfit arrives, it looks like the return shipping costs will be insane.

This is so difficult I paid a lot for shipping when I bought ur clothes and now I return I had to pay a lot too. And they said will changer money at costume too. I never buy this website clothes again I can’t wears it and I lost a lot money for it not worth . If clothes look nice like wedsite I would love too don’t care how much but this is not nice I can’t wear and now I lost over 100$ for nothing . I’m not happy with it .

These outfits fit wonderfully. I have several of them and have worn them for multiple aerial silks performances and have gotten more compliments than I can count. They are made well, vibrant, and make you feel powerful and sexy! Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered for the first time from them in September a couple of costumes I needed for a Halloween party end of October. The outfits sat in NY frozen and didn’t move for weeks. I contacted the company numerous times asking for help with no avail. The costume never reached me in which case I let the company know I’d like a refund since I never received the merchandise. They refused the refund my card and when I asked to escalate the issue I received no reply. It is criminal they can charge people for good never received and I suggest anyone steer clear of this shady business.

I wrote to you to say you sent THE WRONG ITEM and received a request for a photo which I sent and then was told to send a second photo (which I sent) because the item I ordered and the one you sent both have cut outs in the back. however it was crystal clear from the first photo that the one I received was sleeveless, backless and frontless and, from the website and my erroneous receipt that the one I ordered was long sleeved and did not have a front cut out . This is some of the worst service I've ever had and I want my money back or the correct item before a halloween party on the 25th of October!
