So much fun! A great show with great music performed by absolutely amazing musicians!

The musician's were excellent! Would of liked an area to dance.

Prince by candlelight Oxford Town Hall 2nd April 2026:
This was the 3rd gig we have been to at the town hall but unfortunately this one was a little disappointing 🙁 the musicians and singers were obviously very good but unfortunately the sound was appalling, Prince songs have some of the best drum sounds I have ever heard, but the electric drums on this night could not be heard so I couldn’t tell you what the drums sounded like and the singers although very good would’ve been better suited to a Motown tribute, and where was the Guitar?🎸
I have always said it doesn’t matter how good you are if the sounds not right you’ve got no chance,
Unfortunately, disappointing, but we made the best of it and still had a good night 🤷‍♂️

My husband spent £113 on tickets for his mum’s birthday. They never arrived. He’s emailed several times and had no response. It’s a big SCAM!!!

The concert itself, Candlelight Abba v Queen, was good; the performers were talented and the show was enjoyable, though notably brief, lasting exactly one hour. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by poor logistics and very rigid customer service.
The venue uses a zone-based seating system rather than allocating individual seats. This is an inefficient approach that creates unnecessary stress for attendees. Despite arriving 20 minutes before the start time, the Great Hall was already packed. Because seats aren't assigned, there were no blocks of four remaining in Zone C, the area for which I specifically paid.
As a result, our group was forced to sit at the back of Zone D just to stay together. I requested a refund for the price difference between the higher-tier Zone C tickets and the lower-tier Zone D seats we actually occupied. The merchant refused this simple request, offering only a "discount" on future bookings.
I am not interested in future bookings; I am interested in getting what I paid for. It is a shame that a good performance is ruined by a cynical seating policy and a total lack of accountability when the merchant fails to provide the specific service purchased. Be warned: paying for a "better" zone here does not guarantee you a seat in it if you don't arrive exceptionally early.

Stellen sich quer bei Gutscheinerstattungen obwohl es ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht gibt. Bin sehr unzufrieden

Concert du 21 mars Rouen annulé sans avoir prévenue qui que ce soit, une simple affiche une fois sur place, résultat 3h de route aller retour, cadeau de notre fille j'espère qu'elle va être remboursée rapidement.

Everything was amazing from the ambience the venue the performance was a 10 out of 10

The ambience, the music, the staff were all truly amazing. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. This concert was the start of our night. Couldn’t have picked a better way to start! The music and musicians are top notch! Definitely recommend!

I will update this later, but trust me, its worth it!

Concert Candlelight de Rouen annulé au dernier moment et aucune information préalable envoyée aux spectateurs. J’ai découvert l’annulation par moi-même, en arrivant devant la porte. C’est totalement irrespectueux envers les clients.

Quand on organise des événements payants, la moindre des choses est de prévenir les personnes concernées et de gérer correctement les annulations. Là, il n’y a eu ni communication, ni considération pour le public.

Expérience extrêmement décevante et organisation très peu professionnelle. J’attends maintenant un remboursement rapide, car payer pour un événement annulé sans être informé est tout simplement inacceptable.

Je ne recommande absolument pas.
Ce sont des arnaqueurs. Dommage d’être obligé de mettre 1 étoile.

Concert sur Rouen, annulé a la dernière minute sans aucune prévention contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, remboursement à voir auquel cas je me retrouverai dans l’obligation d’intenter des poursuites judiciaires.

This experience was a heavily marketed flop with very strict refund or rescheduling options if there was were issues with your purchased ticket.

This was a $100 experience so right off the bat. Do fairly expensive for the typical candle lit concert goer. On top of that the FAQ list was paragraphs long and think to find these answered were embedded in the emailed ticket confirmation. Due to this it was unclear or not easily visible for someone unfamiliar with the process of these types of events. In the FAQ it shared a required 45 min early arrival time, a no-refund policy, a no reschedule policy and a no-ticket exchange policy. It states no late even by 1 minute admittance is allowed.

Adding more to this strict list the address included on my ticket link was incorrect. The email confirmation contained the incorrect address visible but when pressing the FAQ link the correct and full address was visible. Overall this experience was heavily marketed towards me but it receives a low star due to the confusion of getting the correct information for this pop-up event as well as the very strict rules for attendance. If you really want to go read the rules carefully the night before and give yourself about an hour to avoid the no-admittance policy.

I could tell that this event had some issues with guest because there was about 10-20 open seats for the event and then the door closing on people walking towards the event… it was just not cool

Be aware before buying unique experience but a bit expensive and strict for a (supposed to be) joyful and stress free experience

Entorno precioso que te ayuda a entrar en el concierto como si se tratara de un ambiente íntimo.
Disfrutamos de una experiencia muy especial, con las canciones que conocíamos pero que nos transportaban a otros momentos felices.
Es un plan precioso para disfrutar de la música en un entorno diferente y muy acogedor.

Fui con mi pareja al Wellington a ver el de Coldplay e Imagen Dragon y fue una maravilla. Ideal para parejas, para desconectar, parar y escuchar música en directo de mucha calidad. Super recomendable y probaremos otras.

Ive been to hundreds of memorable classical concerts worldwide. This was dull and forgettable. I left half way through before hypothermia set in.

Firstly don't be seduced by the candles, they are plastic.

The 4 musicians didn't their best, but for the price paid, they were not at the level you'd expect at £37 per ticket.

The performance was mediocre and lacked finesse and timing. The venue was freezing and the seating uncomfortable. The musicians had small three bar heaters beside them to keep them warm. Worse still the website is dishonest and displays 4 or 5 star reviews, which must be fake, and you cannot leave a review on the Fever website of the event, yet they display numerous reviews. I emailed them asking how to leave feedback. they didn't bother replying....All in all, it was a sham

West End by Candlelight 6th March 2026 at Durham Cathedral.
What a fantastic setting, just so disappointing that the sound quality of the production was so poor.
We were seated in the South Transept of the Cathedral and we were unable to hear the singers above the sound of the band.
It was so poor that we left at the interval. I’m positive that the singers were very good, but we couldn’t hear them.

Des voleurs, mon mari a eu un accident de travail, nous étions tout les deux a l hôpital lors du concert.
Nous avions réservé depuis plusieurs semaines pour nos 14 ans...
Nous avons essayé de les contacter, donner les justificatifs et papiers de l'hôpital. Ils ne veulent rien savoir.
C'est vraiment honteux je ne recommande évidemment pas c'est de l'arnaque.

Is a scam ,i been 10 minutes lares with my kids ,so no entrance for us and security tell us go online he will be a refound ,we did and thst was a lie there not refound anything total rip off
My daughter need to use the bathroom ,so we get late on her birthday day ,but there tell us thst not there business ,horrible service ,rude …zero stars ….
